Andy Carroll and Billi Mucklow ‘sell their sprawling Essex mansion for huge seven figure sum’ – eight months after filing for divorce

According to reports, Andy Carroll and Billi Mucklow have apparently closed the deal on their grand estate for a substantial amount in the millions, just over seven months following their divorce filing.

Previously, Liverpool’s retired striker (age 36), and his ex-TOWIE personality partner Billi (age 37) officially announced their separation last September, following a quiet split that occurred earlier in the year. They had been a couple for an impressive 11 years.

Billi and Andy became engaged in the year 2014, prior to their wedding in 2022. They have three kids together. However, after their separation, they listed their six-bedroom house for sale in November.

In 2019, I was fortunate enough to acquire a residence that once belonged to the legendary musician, Rod Stewart, for approximately £4.1 million. However, as of last year, industry estimates suggest its value has increased significantly, placing it around the £8.5 million mark.

And now The Sun has revealed that Andy has accepted a seven-figure offer on the home.

The 18th century property in Epping boasts 25 acres of land, a football pitch and a lake.

After parting ways several weeks ago, it’s been disclosed that Andy and renowned hairstylist Lou Teasdale, aged 42, were in a relationship. Now, it seems that Andy is planning to marry her.

Andi and Lou have spent their vacation together in Ibiza, posting numerous affectionate photos from their trip online.

However, it seems that the simmering tension between former couple Andy and Billie is expected to escalate due to his upcoming sun-drenched vacation with his latest partner.

Based on The Sun’s report, Billi’s immediate friends are outraged by the behavior of her former partner while they are both at home together with their kids.

According to the source, everyone believes that Andy is behaving very insensitively and is potentially damaging his reputation by posting numerous provocative photos with Lou, whom he started dating surprisingly fast following his separation from the mother of his children.

Meanwhile, as Billi is busy tending to both his own children and those from his past relationship with Faye Johnstone, who is his former fiancée, he is away enjoying himself on a party island, sharing photos that suggest a steamy affair.

It’s heart-wrenching for Billie, who cherishes the children like an angel would, to find herself in a situation that feels like a silent, gut-wrenching blow – she dedicates all her efforts to caring for and shielding them from this chaotic environment, making their wellbeing her utmost concern.

Andy shares parental responsibility for three kids, Arlo, Wolf, and Marvel Mae, with Billi. Additionally, they jointly care for Emilie Rose, aged 15, and Lucas, 14, who are from one of Andy’s previous relationships.

Billi frequently posts pictures of all five kids on her Instagram, which has led some friends to express frustration that she is keeping things running at home while Andy enjoys life with Lou.

Billi often uploads photos of all her five children onto Instagram, and this has caused a few friends to voice their annoyance because she’s taking care of the family while Andy spends time with Lou.

The source intimated that the scenario appears quite disregarding, yet Billie is making an effort to keep her chin up and continue taking care of the children.

It appears that Billi’s attorneys are currently finalizing the specifics of her separation from wealthy footballer, Andy. Insiders claim that she is not looking to start a new relationship at this point in time.

2022 saw a potential cancellation of Andy’s marriage to Billi due to photos emerging of him unconscious in bed with two other women during his bachelor party in Dubai, while under the influence of alcohol.

Billi forgave him after one of the women insisted nothing sexual happened.

Within just under two years of getting married, the marriage between the pair ended. Andy acknowledged that they initiated divorce proceedings due to some challenging times our family experienced during the previous months.

In October, during a Halloween party, Andy chose to announce his relationship with Lou by appearing together, where Andy was dressed as Taylor Swift and Lou as Travis Kelce, approximately several weeks prior.
