On a hiking expedition with her spouse and companions, Margot mysteriously vanishes, leading everyone to believe she has perished. However, she shockingly reappears at her own memorial service several weeks later, very much alive.

After her return, it’s evident that Margot has changed compared to her previous self before the disappearance. Yet, for Sam, this second chance presents an opportunity to fix problems in their marriage and make amends for past issues.

In a statement, Horvát explained that his upcoming movie, titled My Notes On Mars, delves into the complexities of the human mind and the evolving aspects of love, depicting them as intricate mazes and constantly transforming masks.

She expresses that their journey involves restarting their marriage, rediscovering each other, and falling in love once more – all while grappling with the challenging reality of an apparently unattainable wish.

In a delightful turn of events, the well-acclaimed director, recognized particularly for her 2020 film titled “Preparations to Be Together for an Unknown Period of Time“, expressed her joy over collaborating with Scott and Lee on this exciting endeavor.

She expresses a strong attraction towards characters who boldly choose the unexpected, whether in their personal or professional realms. In her view, this quality is evident in Greta and Andrew too.

“It is an incredible honour for me that I can accompany them on the journey of creating Margot and Sam Fogel.”

Beyond her role as director, Horvát is also responsible for penning the script for the film “My Notes On Mars“. Alongside Dóra Csernátony, she plans to produce this project under their production company, Poste Restante.
