Amelia Dimoldenberg from Chicken Shop Date has spoken up about the rumors of her relationship with Andrew Garfield, sparked by their exceptional chemistry at the Golden Globes awards.

Initially, it appeared as though there was no romantic connection between them. However, Amelia disclosed that Matty Healy, the frontman of The 1975, had expressed a desire to kiss her during their previous show together.

In October 2024, Amelia delivered as requested by her followers when she revealed that she would be going out on a dinner date at a chicken restaurant with Andrew.

She shared the thrilling update with her two million Instagram fans, accompanied by a photo of her and Andrew, where he was looking at her while she took a bite of a chicken nugget.

In a post, the star declared: ‘The long-awaited event… My rendezvous with Andrew Garfield will be available next Friday with a smiley face :)’

Ever since their memorable Golden Globes encounter, when the well-known YouTube host playfully suggested they should meet less frequently, fans have eagerly anticipated a collaboration between the journalist and the Spider-Man actor.

Previously linked with Emma Stone, Andrew responded: ‘All I’ve ever desired is to be with you…’ However, Amelia interjected, ‘Huh?’

Andrew stated, “I didn’t complete what I was saying,” or alternatively, “I didn’t get a chance to end my thought.” In both cases, he expressed his preference for seeing the other person in certain situations by saying, “I only ever wish to encounter you under these types of circumstances.

Asked why it would be an issue, he said: ‘I don’t think we should explore this.’

Amelia replied she ‘wasn’t even asking you to’ before saying ‘you’re obsessed with me’.

The actor explained to her, “That’s exactly my point. I’m really nervous about what this might lead to, and I don’t think I’m prepared for it.” In response, she simply said, “Got it, well, I am ready.
