Here’s what some of the other critics have been saying:
The Hollywood Reporter
As a devoted admirer, I’d say that “Kinda Pregnant” tends to stick close to the surface, which undeniably increases the weight on its comedic elements. However, it must be acknowledged that “Kinda Pregnant” isn’t particularly renowned for its humor prowess either.
The Wrap
It’s long been thought that laughter acts as the finest remedy. Regrettably, it seems that the jokes in the latest Netflix comedy titled “Kinda Pregnant” have been withdrawn from circulation.

The Guardian
As a gamer, I’ve found that subtleties often get overshadowed by the intense and boisterous. In the case of Schumer’s approach, it’s all about power and over-the-top presentation, sometimes even leading to hilarious situations. However, I can’t help but wonder if this style has finally hit its peak.
Screen Rant
Somewhat Pregnant had potential to be a hilarious comedy, however, its crass humor and plotline tend to create an unpleasant and overwhelming tone throughout the film.
The AU Review
“An absolutely unfunny ‘comedy’ that wastes the talents of its capable cast.”
The film “Somewhat Pregnant” features the talents of Jillian Bell, Will Forte, Damon Wayans Jr., Brianne Howey, Alex Moffat, Joel David Moore, Lizze Broadway, and Urzila Carlson.
Kinda Pregnant is available to stream now on Netflix.
