On August 18th, as reported by Us Weekly, the actor famed for American Pie, now aged 48, disclosed his earnings and expenditures in a court document, stating that he brings in approximately $110,000 per month.

He mentioned receiving approximately $45,000 from royalties and $31,000 from dividends or interest. Additionally, he disclosed having a total of around $158,000 in his checking, savings, and cash accounts.

In addition, the actor from Role Models has approximately $12 million in stocks and bonds, plus around $18.8 million in real estate holdings, which includes three properties in Los Angeles, a Honda Passport valued at $55,000, a Mini Cooper worth about $30,000, and valuable jewelry totaling $650, along with furniture valued at approximately $171,000.

In 1999, Scott, best known for his portrayal of the memorable character ‘Stifler’ in American Pie, is reported to own a personal art collection worth approximately $93,000.

His monthly expenditures add up to approximately $60,000. Scott filed for divorce from Korenberg last February, after four years of marriage.

Their date of separation is listed as October 2, 2023. 

He initiated divorce proceedings against his interior designer spouse in the Los Angeles County Courts, claiming ‘insurmountable disagreements.’

Scott has proposed that their prenuptial agreement be followed in dividing their shared assets with Korenberg. Additionally, he wants to retain all income he earned prior to, throughout, and following their marriage.

In May 2024, when their divorce was officially completed, it’s said that neither party pursued or retained the right for alimony.

In June, Korenberg stated that her former partner caught her off guard by listing their home for sale. She asserted that this action was a form of retribution for her entering into a new romantic relationship.

Scott has denied this accusation, stating that the sale was simply a financial decision.

Korenberg sought from the court to modify their shared custody arrangement to grant her sole custody and authorization to relocate further than 20 miles from Scott, as stipulated in their current agreement. Yet, the court declined her petition for sole custody.

On September 19, 2019, the couple secretly tied the knot, but it wasn’t until later in the same month that their marriage became public knowledge.

In 2019, prior to his wedding, Scott revealed to UsWeekly that he was seeing someone, though he chose not to disclose the identity of the person.

Scott said that his secret sweetheart was ‘a great girl.’

During an interview on the Rick Eisen Show, Scott discussed the circumstances behind him receiving such minimal compensation for a role that is still fondly remembered by many today.

Was he questioned during a game about whether American Pie marked his debut in a full-length movie, and if so, did he earn just $8,000 for the part?

The actor replied, “I believe that’s correct. Yes, you see, I recall purchasing a second-hand Thunderbird priced around $5000 to $6000 afterwards, and I excitedly exclaimed, ‘Oh, what a find!’

I can’t account for the remaining $2000 since I unexpectedly had to work at the LA Zoo selling churros instead. It’s possible that my total earnings were actually less than $8000.

In the 2012 film American Reunion, it was reported that both Scott and his fellow actor Jason Biggs received a substantial pay raise, with each earning $5 million, which is significantly more than their initial salary of $8,000.
