American Idol Star’s SHOCKING Transformation: You Won’t Believe How He Did It!
Iam Tongi looked healthy as he showed off his new physique in Los Angeles over the weekend.
20-year-old winner of American Idol, who triumphed in May 2023, shared that he had shed over a hundred pounds since winning the title, during an interview with People at the opening of Lilo and Stitch on a Saturday evening.
In response to queries regarding his improved fitness, the singer known as Over the Rainbow stated that he has been focusing on self-improvement and striving to maintain good health.
He also enlisted the aid of a personal trainer to help him navigate his journey.
The workout is scheduled for about 11 o’clock. After that, you return home, and then we take a dip in an ice bath or sauna, or any other recovery method you prefer. Subsequently, we head for a shower and then embark on a walk,” the individual from Hawaii clarified.
‘I’ve lost 115 lbs. It feels amazing. I feel great.’
Tongi has openly discussed parts of his fitness journey with his followers on social platforms, frequently uploading clips of his intense workout regimen which encompasses a variety of strength exercises such as weightlifting, rope workouts, and cardio through lengthy walks.


‘Grateful for this journey I’m on,’ he wrote on social media next to a video in March.
‘Music fuels my soul, but staying active keeps me grounded and energized.’

He mentioned that since he relocated to Memphis, his days have been filled with exercise, composition, and recording sessions, although the nature of his work has changed.



‘I’m working on an album, actually, so I’m excited about that, and we’ll see how that goes.’
He expressed his enthusiasm for music deeply rooted in emotion. He has a strong affection for Al Green, considering him among his top favorite vocalists. Thus, he’s looking forward to the upcoming single by Al Green.
Tongi’s latest song, Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride, is on the Lilo and Stitch soundtrack.
