American Idol star Nutsa Buzaladze resurfaces with ‘unbelievable’ nose job – see her now

A former American Idol contestant has resurfaced with a brand new look after going under the knife.

Nutsa Buzaladze, a 28-year-old singer from Georgia, first gained attention on American Idol in 2023. Then, in 2024, she went on to represent Georgia at the Eurovision Song Contest.

Okay, seriously, she’s BACK and looking incredible! She’s calling it her ‘Beverly Hills glow up,’ and honestly, it’s AMAZING. She just had her nose done by Dr. Deepak Dugar – you know, the Dr. Dugar who does everyone – and it’s completely transformed her! I’m obsessed!

Dr. Dugar, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, is well-known in the entertainment industry for his ‘Scarless Nose’ rhinoplasty. This technique avoids visible scars by making tiny incisions inside the nose.

He’s previously worked with well-known personalities like Sami Sheen, daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, as well as Mia Khalifa and Dayna Kathan from Vanderpump Rules.

Buzaladze shared a photo of her new nose on Instagram this week, praising Dr. Dugar as ‘the best’ and expressing her excitement with a joyful ‘I’m so happy!’

She recently shared a close-up photo of herself and expressed her amazement at how quickly she’s recovering from surgery, saying, ‘I can’t believe this is only after one week!’

People following Buzaladze were delighted with the outcome, and one fan commented that she was already beautiful, but now even more so.

‘It’s already beautiful now and I can imagine what it will look like in one year,’ wrote another.

After having her bandages removed, Buzaladze took herself on a shopping spree on Rodeo Drive.

She explained that today marks the beginning of a new phase in her life, and she was celebrating by going shopping. She playfully added that she was treating herself – and even her nose – to gifts.

Buzaladze is a well-known performer internationally, having competed on popular shows like Georgia’s Got Talent, The Voice of Turkey, and Dancing With The Stars in Georgia.

Viewers particularly remembered her from season 21 of American Idol because of a disagreement with Carina DeAngelo, which led to her tearfully apologizing to judge Katy Perry.

Dr. Dugar recently told the Daily Mail that more and more people are getting nose jobs later in life as a way to achieve a more youthful appearance.

‘As we age our noses and ears continue to grow and droop with gravity,’ he said.

As we age, particularly starting in our 40s and beyond, people who haven’t had rhinoplasty may notice their nose appears longer and more droopy when comparing current photos to those taken when they were younger, he explained.

As a result, Dr. Dugar has seen a ‘massive uptick’ in older patients seeking out rhinoplasty.

People over 50 today are much more aware of options to reduce the signs of aging, thanks to the growing popularity of facelifts and a focus on achieving natural-looking rejuvenation.

However, this often causes patients to become preoccupied with the central part of their face, which a facelift can’t fix. As a result, they start asking about getting a nose job (rhinoplasty).

Dr. Dugar explains that people looking to reshape their nose don’t necessarily need surgery – there are many non-surgical options available.

He explained that non-surgical nose jobs primarily involve using hyaluronic acid fillers to reshape the nose.

He cautioned patients against getting permanent fillers in their noses, explaining that they’ve seen numerous serious medical complications from poor healing, and removing them requires surgery.

He added that thread lifts are completely ineffective for the nose and shouldn’t be used to achieve any noticeable results.

Most of my patients choose closed scarless rhinoplasty because it’s a less invasive way to reshape the nose. It offers the same results as traditional rhinoplasty, but without external incisions or the risks associated with major reconstruction, meaning no visible scars.
