Amanda Lamb, 52, Stuns in Swimsuit After 15-Year A Place In The Sun Comeback!

Amanda Lamb exuded radiance while posting a captivating swimsuit photo upon her return to A Place In The Sun.

In the photograph, the television host displayed her physique by donning a sleek black bathing suit during a sunbathing session.

Amanda held the photo sideways, adorned with a golden necklace as her dark hair cascaded freely over her shoulder blades.

Alongside the post, shared on Tuesday, the broadcaster wrote: ‘Fresh out the river’.

15 years since her last stint, Amanda astonished A Place In The Sun by making a comeback to the show.

In the newly launched sequel titled “A Place in the Sun: Then and Now,” she revisits a pair whom she assisted in acquiring a property in France back in 2007.

Back in the ’90s, I dabbled with modeling, but my life took an extraordinary turn when I stepped into the role of the main presenter for “A Place In The Sun” in 2001. That’s when I truly soared to stardom!

The presenter left the show in 2009 around the time she was pregnant with her daughter Willow Rose.

In an earlier conversation with the Daily Express, she mentioned that the situation seemed to develop naturally. Since she was pregnant with Willow at the time, A Place in the Sun didn’t get renewed for a few years, and hence, they weren’t interested in it during that period.

By then, Willow had already turned three and a half and was attending nursery. At that point, I was juggling various responsibilities.

It occurred to me that I won’t be able to take her away from nursery or school, and I can’t leave her alone for extended periods (three weeks). Given these circumstances, it seems like my options are limited, so essentially, the choice has been determined for me.

After Amanda disclosed that she imposes a 10 PM tech bedtime rule for her family, this means they must hand over their mobile devices to her room for safekeeping until morning.

She admitted that she enforced limits on screen time for her husband Sean McGuinness and their kids, Willow (aged 15) and Lottie (10), to prevent them from getting overly engrossed in it.

In an interview with Closer magazine, the celebrant from Hampshire shared insights about her disciplined routine, stating that it’s followed for five days – every day except Fridays and Saturdays.

She mentioned that she is particular about avoiding screens at night. Everyone needs to bring their devices to her room by 10 pm, and they are only allowed to use them again in the morning.

Despite finding it challenging, the mother of two, who has been with her husband Sean, a videographer, for 12 years, confessed that enforcing the rules wasn’t effortless. She often encountered resistance from teenage emotions, necessitating frequent conflicts to maintain order.

She mentioned: “It’s an ongoing struggle, but the curfew is designed to prevent them from staying up late and overexposure to excessive blue light.

Despite some reservations, the presenter is determined to continue and strongly believes that it will ultimately benefit their health over a longer period.
