Amanda Holden Looks Ageless in Dubai
On a sunny Thursday while vacationing in Dubai, Amanda Holden displayed her well-sculpted physique as she lounged and soaked up the sun.
The radio host, who is 54 years old, was stunningly beautiful while wearing a vibrant blue bikini with a triangular top and tie-side bottoms.
She was lounging peacefully on a sunbed, her vision protected by a pair of aviators, as she admired a succession of pictures from the Cloud 22 sky pool overhead.
Afterward, Amanda immersed herself in the water, smoothing her damp hair away from her features before striking a pose against a cerulean-hued wall.
‘When your bikini matches your background,’ she captioned her Instagram update.
Amanda is spending time off work with her spouse Chris Hughes (age 51) and their two children, Alexa (aged 18) and Hollie (12 years old), on a vacation together.
In my latest social media post, I shared an intimate moment with my partner, fondly referred to as our “date night.” Interestingly, it seems that many of my followers have expressed similar sentiments about the special bond we share.
The radio presenter looked incredibly glamorous as she posed for a selfie with the music producer.
She smiled broadly while writing this caption: “It’s date night, but the ladies are here too! So, let’s call it a ‘girls’ night out’ date… #Family.
Meanwhile, her fans flocked to the comment section, astonished by the youthful and vibrant appearance of her spouse.
They quipped: ‘Chris looks about 28’ and ‘How does he look 20?? Both stunning’.
Others chimed in with: ‘Why does he look 20 lol.’
‘Wow your hubby is stunning ! …he looks like a very very young handsome man.’
‘Your hubby looks about 19!’
‘He totally does NOT look his age.. I forget how old he is but he’s older than her.’

Amanda replied to one comment with: ‘He’s younger than me! 52 this year x’.
In the year 2003, Amanda and Chris crossed paths for the first time in Los Angeles. Their romantic journey together started a year later.
They went on to tie the knot in 2008 and welcomed two daughters together.
Just this past month, I’ve been pouring over Amanda’s heartfelt revelation about the harrowing birth of her precious daughter Hollie back in 2012. It was a terrifying ordeal that came perilously close to claiming her life.
In a recent installment of Amanda & Alan’s Spanish Adventure, the judge on Britain’s Got Talent was visibly emotional when she told Alan Carr that she felt like she had “passed away” following childbirth.
Recently, the pair were spotted relaxing over a bottle of Cava following a hectic workday, taking time to ponder about their lives.
On makeshift camping seats, enjoying the scenic vistas while sipping Cava, the pair pondered about their life experiences.
In a touching reflection, Amanda expressed: “Viewing vast landscapes like these makes one realize how things fit into the grand scheme. When we lose someone dear, it seems as if they have moved on to another place. Though I’m not religious, I don’t think their journey has ended.
She shared that there had been a period when she was clinically declared deceased following the birth of her second daughter with Chris, who is now 12 years old.
She shared: ‘Although I don’t want to be overly dramatic, giving birth to Hollie was extremely challenging and ultimately led to me slipping into a coma. In essence, I experienced death.’
Following a period in critical care, thankfully the baby was unharmed. Once I regained consciousness and everything settled down, I found myself continually pondering mortality – its effortless proximity and constant presence.
Alan gave a nod of affirmation, and Amanda expressed, “Life is incredibly valuable. It can vanish from us swiftly.
She exclaimed, “Each moment matters,” in essence, just before Alan handed her another flute of Cava.
