Amanda Holden, 54, sizzles in a plunging swimsuit as she shows off her age-defying figure whilst joking around with Alan Carr in Greece
On a sunny Sunday, Amanda Holden flaunted her stunning physique in a low-cut bathing suit while vacationing in Greece alongside Alan Carr.
Over the past few months, the famous duo has been occupied with shooting their BBC home improvement series, now titled “Amanda and Alan’s Greek Venture.
To ensure they balanced their work and leisure, the pair found moments amidst construction tasks to record a lip-sync video for the popular tune “Together” from the musical, Gypsy.
In the video, Amanda, aged 54, sparked energy in a monochrome swimsuit, while dancing and crooning alongside Alan, dressed casually in green shorts and a blue t-shirt, at 49 years old.
Additionally, she donned a white pair of sandals (flip flops), completed her outfit with a wide-brimmed straw hat and large sunglasses, and engaged in a playful video alongside her fellow actor.
The television host displayed an impressive appearance, gracefully highlighting her well-toned limbs and sun-kissed figure while dancing and harmonizing with the music.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, when it comes to cherished moments, the couple I’m referring to ensured they harmoniously lip-synced to the lyrics that held the most significance for them: “Wherever we are, we’re together. Wherever I roam, he’s always by my side.
‘Wherever I go I know she goes. No fits, no fights, no feuds and no egos, Amigos, together!’
Amanda and Alan have repeatedly traveled between Greece and their location for filming their series. Following criticism of the series’ title by a radio host at Heart Radio, they were questioned about the travel arrangements for the production, with the suggestion being made that their upcoming episode would be more suitable for Netflix streaming.
A woman with two children, undoubtedly surprised her superiors, by playfully criticizing her program on the BBC and expressing discontent over the unpleasant condition of urine-stained dressing room floors.
During their conversation about the travel show on his podcast, Alan reminisced, “Don’t you recall when we had to relieve ourselves behind dumpsters and such? I’m really not looking forward to it.
Amanda remembered: “There’s a stack of clothing piled up behind me. It includes about fifteen dresses for me to wear and around fifteen of Alan’s shirts. Additionally, there are three hats neatly arranged at the back.
I excitedly shared: “Then we stepped out, and it was time for me to change, but the restrooms were a bit unconventional – they had traces of spilled water on the floor and quaint beach huts nearby. This was just a sneak peek into what goes on behind the scenes.
Alan noted, “The issue is that people might not realize the situation – the bathroom facilities won’t be functioning upon our arrival. We’ll need to locate a restroom belonging to someone else or use portable toilets instead.

Amanda concurred: “It seems like we’re always asking for help… Or consider this: How many times have you set up umbrellas in different nations while I was forced to relieve myself nearby?
You might observe that we have numerous outfit changes prepared for us. Consequently, the organization we work with tends to rent compact vehicles when traveling, for reasons unknown.
I’ll be at the back with Christian, the one responsible for our hairstyling and makeup. Meanwhile, you’ll be upfront handling the music selections.
When both parties confessed displeasure with the title of their latest series, Alan proposed a change to “My Big Greek Home Makeover.
While Amanda confessed: ‘It’s not good. Well, we should argue with the BBC about that.’
She mentioned, “However, I’ve had a long-held desire to travel to Japan. It seems to be the ideal destination. I’m keen to go there during the spring.

Perhaps, Alan, let’s consider pitching our next series to Netflix, titled “Big in Japan” starring both of us, Amanda and myself. I think it’s a fantastic concept! Let’s move forward with this idea.
Amanda attributes her slender figure to maintaining a well-balanced diet and a diverse workout regimen that encompasses both yoga and running.
Apart from that, she has also commended the advantages of staying hydrated, mentioning to TopMob before that it’s beneficial for both her physical health and well-being.
However, although Amanda takes great pride in her amazing physique, she made it clear that she doesn’t follow a strict diet plan and allows herself occasional indulgences in moderation.
