In the course of his act, Auzzy inserted a corkscrew and a meat hook into his head and nostrils, extending them from his mouth.

The terrified individual was fully clad in gothic clothing, complete with a skull-like face paint on every part of their visage.
Following the turning of the corkscrew and hook mechanisms, he subsequently placed a tube through their nose and mouth, directing Simon to consume from it.
To complete the harrowing act, he climbed upward using a rope with a hook attached to his mouth and nose.
During this horrifying part, spectators shrieked with fear, while all four judges averted their eyes and seats.
