On Wednesday, Amanda Halterman, famously known from the show “1000-Lb. Sisters,” astonished fans with her breathtaking makeover, revealing a significantly slimmer physique that left everyone speechless.

Despite appearing alongside her sisters Tammy and Amy Slaton in the popular TLC series, it wasn’t until season 4 that Amanda first graced our screens. At that time, she was dealing with the complexities of going through a divorce.

After having bariatric surgery in March 2023, she’s managed to lose a remarkable 300 pounds, as evidenced by her recent Instagram posts that highlight her impressive progress.

As a die-hard fan, I couldn’t help but gush over Amanda’s breathtaking transformation in the latest pics! She was living her best life indulging in some well-deserved self-care at a luxe salon, all while rocking a laid-back vibe in a pretty pink tee and denims.

She wrote in her post, “I had an amazing time spending it with the kids and being treated well. I’m feeling confident and happy.

As a devoted admirer, I found myself overwhelmed by the outpouring of appreciation in the comments section. Countless individuals were left awestruck, expressing wonderment over the remarkable change they saw in her.

One supporter wrote, ‘You’re stunning! I admire your authenticity, and it truly endears me to you. It’s a joy to see you radiating happiness.’

Another chimed in, ‘Always a pretty face. Now, even more beautiful.’

Another individual recounted their transformative story, stating, ‘Wow, you’re stunning! I underwent a similar procedure myself. On the day of my surgery, I weighed 296 lbs! Seven years have passed, and now I weigh just 115… it was the most life-changing decision I’ve ever made!’

Following Amanda’s heartfelt spiritual post in September, when her sister Amy was detained for drug and child risk-taking offenses, she later posted about weight loss.

Amy admitted guilt for possessing small quantities of drugs, including marijuana and mushrooms, following her arrest at a Tennessee zoo. The authorities found these substances in her car after she contacted them about a camel bite incident.

Slaton was given a suspended prison term of 11 months and 29 days, which means she will not serve any additional time in jail.

The television personality was additionally instructed to pay a penalty of $500, undergo an evaluation for substance abuse, and avoid all communication with the Tennessee Safari Park.

The filing added that her additional charges of child abuse and child endangerment were dismissed. 

Upon their arrival, deputies were met with strange smells emanating from the visitor’s car, as stated in the Crockett County Sheriff’s announcement from September.

After receiving treatment for her camel bite at the emergency room, Slaton was subsequently taken into custody.

Following a thorough examination by law enforcement authorities, I found myself facing charges for unlawful possession of Schedule I substances, Schedule VI substances, and two accounts of jeopardizing the welfare of a minor.

The allegations against the woman stemmed from the presence of her two sons, aged 4 (Gage) and 2 (Glenn), who were inside a vehicle that emitted questionable odors.

Slaton divides custody of the kids with her former partner, Michael Halterman, but was taken into custody alongside Brian Scott Lovvorn.
