Amanda Bynes showcases 30lb weight loss on outing with boyfriend after detailing Ozempic journey

Amanda Bynes showed off her 30lb weight loss during a rare outing in Los Angeles this week.

I’ve been following this actress for years, and she’s always been pretty private about her personal life. It was lovely to see her out and about with her boyfriend, Zachary Khan, yesterday – they seemed so happy just running errands together. They really keep their relationship low-key, which I appreciate.

Amanda Bynes has publicly discussed using the weight-loss drug Ozempic. She was recently seen wearing a simple black tank top with thin straps.

The former Nickelodeon star paired a dark top with unique high-waisted acid wash jeans. The jeans had a distressed look, appearing ripped and then roughly stitched back together with heavy thread.

In addition to the voluminous pants, she completed her outfit with casual black hightop sneakers. 

Bynes completed her look with a black handbag and a casual top knot, highlighting her noticeably drawn-on eyebrows.

She and Khan appeared to be dropping a car off at a mechanic to have some work done.

While waiting, they grabbed lunch and went for a walk to pass the time.

Bynes debuted her latest romance with Khan, who owns an event and security business, in September.

She previously ended her relationship with ex Paul Michael in 2023.

Bynes called off their engagement shortly before she checked into a mental health facility.

Last month, the former child star showed off her new eyebrows. They were boldly drawn on, thick and uneven, in a dark black color that stood out against her platinum blonde hair.

This look featured eyebrows that were a softer, more realistic take on the bold purple brows she’d worn earlier in the year.

In response to her latest eyebrow design, one fan asked on social media, ‘Why those eyebrows?’ 

Others admitted that they weren’t fans of the edgy look.

One fan expressed their love for Amanda, but strongly disagreed with the way her eyebrows were shaped, saying no one could pull off that look.

One user accused Bynes of using her makeup to poke fun at her fans.

They said they didn’t believe I was intentionally trying to provoke a reaction with my facial expressions earlier, but now they think I definitely am. They asked me why.

But Bynes’s most zealous fans jumped to her defense.

One person said she went with the thick eyebrows ‘Cause they’re fire on her.’

Okay, so I’ve been noticing a big change in one of our favorite childhood stars – you might remember them from ‘All That’! They’ve lost around 30 pounds recently, and they’ve been open about using Ozempic to help them reach their goals. It’s definitely a noticeable transformation, and they’re looking and feeling great.

In June 2025, Bynes shared her excitement about starting a weight-loss injection, hoping to get down to around 130 pounds so she would look better in photos taken by the paparazzi.

By December, she was bragging that she ‘lost 28lbs on ozempic!’ after previously weighing 180lbs. 

Oh my gosh, Amanda Bynes posted a new photo! She said she’s down to 152 pounds, and even though she thinks she still looks big (can you believe it?!), she said the picture is actually really inspiring to her. I just… I’m so proud of her journey, it’s amazing to see her feeling good about herself, even if she’s being a little hard on herself. She looks fantastic to me!

Bynes had previously shared that she wanted to weigh 110 pounds, the same weight she had as a teenager, after struggling with depression led to weight gain.
