Titled ‘Quiet on Set: The Hidden Scandals in Kids’ TV,’ this ID documentary series debuting Sunday, explores allegations of misconduct made by ex-employees against Dan Schneider’s popular Nickelodeon productions.
She has set her subscription rate at $50 a month and has yet to post anything on her account.
As a devoted movie enthusiast, I’ve been following the career trajectory of the actress who graced our screens on Nickelodeon’s “All That” sketch show from 1996 to 2002. For quite some time now, she’s been contemplating her future, having initially announced her retirement from acting in June 2010, only to retract that decision a week later.
In my own words as a movie critic, I’d rephrase it like this: “Contrary to popular belief, being an actress isn’t always the glamorous pursuit one might imagine,” Bynes, at 24, shared in her farewell statement. “Once I lose my passion for something, I step away from it. At this point, my passion for acting has waned, so I chose to walk away.” However, upon her comeback, she succinctly declared, “I’m back in the game again.
Soon after that, life began to spiral for the “She’s the Man” star.

Entertainment & Arts
Previously, celebrities who gained fame on Nickelodeon through popular shows like ‘Drake & Josh,’ ‘The Amanda Show,’ and ‘Zoey 101’ opened up about their experiences as young performers in an interview called ‘Quiet on Set.’ Let me share what they have been doing since then.
In the chilly autumn of 2013, I found myself under a conservatorship, a situation that unfolded as I went through mandated psychiatric treatment following an incident where I apparently ignited a minor fire in the driveway of a house in Thousand Oaks.

Before 2014, Bynes exhibited some unusual behavior, such as hit-and-run and DUI incidents, which might have led to her being diagnosed with mental illness. In mid-2013, her parents claimed that she was acting paranoid, using drugs, and had spent a large sum of money, approximately $1.2 million, in just a few months. However, Bynes’ attorney refuted the claims that she had been diagnosed with schizophrenia.
In October 2014, she made accusations against her father of both sexual and verbal abuse. However, later she retracted these allegations. When this news was reported, her mother, Lynn Bynes, expressed deep sadness through her lawyer stating, “It’s heartbreaking that my husband’s reputation could be tarnished in such a manner.
Tamar Arminak, Lynn Bynes’ lawyer, stated to ABC News that their primary worry is for their daughter, Amanda. Contrary to some reports, they are making every effort possible to assist her in any way they can.

Entertainment & Arts
Former stars of popular Nickelodeon series such as ‘Drake & Josh,’ ‘The Amanda Show’ and ‘Zoey 101’ recently shared their experiences as young actors in the entertainment industry during an appearance on ‘Quiet on Set.’ Here’s a look at where they are now.
After being discharged from a mental health facility where she had been held against her will, Amanda Bynes expressed her anger towards her parents in a series of tweets. She stated that they were withholding her personal belongings and finances, leaving her without the means to buy new clothes or rent an apartment. As a result, she felt she would appear unkempt because she lacked the necessary items and funds to purchase them. Furthermore, she mentioned that she was not speaking to her parents and was hoping for a change in conservatorship.
About three weeks afterwards, she issued an apology, made through her lawyer, for the remarks she had made in secretly-revealed audio recordings where she expressed a desire to harm her parents and set fire to her mother’s home.
Since then, she has successfully overcome her addiction and achieved sobriety. In the year 2019, Bynes completed her associate’s degree in product management from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She got engaged in 2020 with Paul Michael, a person she met during rehabilitation; however, their relationship ended approximately two years later.
2022 saw me breaking free from a conservatorship that had governed both my personal life and finances for nearly nine years. Now, I am focused on enhancing my health to lead an independent life. In this new phase of my journey, I will continue to prioritize my well-being. I am deeply grateful for the support of my attorney and parents during this process. (First person perspective)

According to a recent lawsuit, Dan Schneider claims that the creators of the documentary series ‘Quiet on Set’ have slandered him by going beyond simply telling the truth about the events portrayed.
In the year 2023, she encountered authorities on two separate occasions. The initial incident occurred when she was discovered wandering around downtown L.A. without clothing and was subsequently put under psychiatric care. The second instance involved police responding to a call from a distressed woman, later identified as Bynes, leading to another mental health evaluation.
2018 saw the debut of Bynes’ podcast alongside friend Paul Sieminski, but it unfortunately ended after just one episode without any planned resumption. In 2024, she shared with her followers over social media that she had been grappling with depression. A few months afterward, in October, People disclosed that a collaboration with a fashion designer resulted in original artwork on shirts and shorts. This limited-edition collection swiftly sold out.
Now to see if Bynes’ OnlyFans effort is as successful.
