You need to reach Inter-Knot Level 5, finish the Main Story Prologue called “The Hare and the Proxy,” and unlock the Event feature to start participating.

• During the “All-New Program” event, log in for 7 days total to obtain Encrypted Master Tape ×10!
Once all rewards have been claimed, the event will end at 4:00 AM the next day (based on server time).
