However, tension arises when it’s discovered that one of their own might conceal a hidden demonic secret.

The movie titled “KPop Demon Hunters” rapidly solidified its position as one of the most triumphant films on Netflix, soaring up the rankings and earning the title as the largest original animated production to debut on the platform. This remarkable success is probably due to the film’s impressive K-pop soundtrack (boasting K-pop stars like Twice), distinctive animation reminiscent of “Spider-Verse,” and its vibrant ensemble of demons and demon hunters.

This fresh production directed by Maggie Kang and Chris Appelhans features Arden Cho, May Hong, and Ji-young Yoo as the Huntress/x trio, a group of K-pop sensations who double as demon hunters. As a film critic, I found myself utterly captivated by the intriguing character development in “Kpop Demon Hunters.” Among the demonic ensemble, it was Jinu who stole the limelight. He donned the mantle as the charismatic leader of the innovative demon boy band, the Saja Boys. His brilliant idea? To ensnare fans’ affections, leading them unwittingly into the clutches of the malevolent Gwi-Ma, the ruler of demons.

Yet, matters become intricate when Jinu discovers that one of the demon hunters he aims to thwart, Rumi, possesses a demonic nature herself. This revelation hints at a potential path to his redemption (for her and all those under Gwi-Ma’s influence).

Romance Saja

Romance Saja, a member of the Saja Boys, supports Jinu in the group. In reality, Romance Saja manifests as a captivating K-pop artist, characterized by a slim profile and lengthy pink tresses.

He’s primarily recognized as the Saja Boys’ most charming member, captivating both fans and fellow K-pop stars with his striking appearance and magnetic character. If given the chance, he could easily win hearts, metaphorically speaking.

Mystery Saja

Saja Mystery stands out among the Saja Boys for being the most elusive, which is exactly what endears him to his admirers. He is also part of a wicked boy band, dispatched by the malevolent Gwi-Ma with the mission to snatch fans’ souls and vanquish Huntr/x.

He distinctly catches the interest of Huntr/x team member Zoey, who swiftly develops a fondness for the enigmatic demon idol. She appreciates the air of mystery surrounding him, as well as his long, flowing bangs and wide-brimmed hat.

Abs Saja

Abs Saja, as you might guess, fits the role you’d expect from him – he’s one of the Saja Boys. However, what truly sets him apart is not just his membership, but his physique, particularly his well-sculpted abs that seem to have been borrowed straight from a Greek god’s body. He’s the charismatic heartthrob of the group, captivating his admirers with his striking musculature.

Abs Saja captures the attention of multiple Huntrix members, with Zoey and Mira often showing admiration for his sculpted physique.

Baby Saja

Each outstanding boy band requires a charming heartthrob, and Baby Saja perfectly embodies that role for the Saja Boys.
