Alix Earle Goes Makeup-Free: The Shocking Truth About Her Skin Struggles!
Alix Earle gained her fame with her GRWM videos on TikTok.
But now the internet star, 24, is getting candid about the condition of her skin.
The individual, who had been involved in a court case with GymShark, posted a sequence of unadorned images from her night out and dermatologist visit on Instagram, accompanied by an extensive commentary.
She didn’t put on any face makeup this weekend in NYC, and it seems that no one noticed or cared. However, an intriguing piece of information follows: We can often be our own worst enemy. (Drama to unfold below) 😱
She revealed that she has ‘struggled’ with her skin ‘since middle school.
For me, applying makeup has provided a sanctuary where I feel both secure and confident before stepping out.

As a devoted admirer, I couldn’t help but share that I’ve decided to ditch the makeup for now. You see, I’m battling a stubborn breakout and I’m determined to give my skin a chance to breathe and heal.
She continued: ‘I see @drmianskin in NYC & we did full extractions to clean out my pores.
Usually, I immediately fall into my habit of applying makeup to conceal my redness, particularly when I’m heading out for dinner or social engagements.
This weekend, I decided to let my skin breathe for the first time, so I didn’t apply any makeup at all.
She expressed that the action was quite impactful, and she was incredibly frightened, fearing that all attention would be solely focused on her skin.
After spending three days with a fresh, natural complexion, Alix reflected that it seemed nobody paid attention or took notice.
It’s not my thing to apply makeup on top of acne that’s already raw, only to remove it and further aggravate it later.
For my sake, I’m afraid others might criticize or judge me. Arriving home last night was incredibly freeing, and I urge anyone who requires a respite for their skin during school, work, or other commitments to give it a try.
She finished by saying, “Natural skin is stunning! I’ll let you know what products I’m using to clarify mine.

Alix posted a video on TikTok that showcased pictures from a day out, one of which was her trip to see Doctor Kiran Mian at her dermatologist’s office.
Her appointment included time with an esthetician and a full face of extractions.
My session concluded with supplemental oxygen, a mask, and LED therapy – all part of my recommended roadmap to recovery. Next time, I’ll be sharing more insights on this topic in our upcoming video.
The dermatologist said, “She shouldn’t put on makeup for the next two days, it’s not because makeup is harmful, but rather to let her skin rest.
Commenters lauded her choice to go makeup-free and reassured her that she looked great.
The new snaps and video come after Earle had a meltdown due to TikTok shutting down in the U.S.
The popular app that made her famous could potentially be prohibited in the U.S., due to a decision made by the Supreme Court in January.
Earle appeared tearful as he confessed to the camera, “I’m having trouble sleeping because I’m terribly anxious about this situation. All these precious memories seem to be fading away, and it’s making me incredibly sad.

‘I love you guys so much and I just feel like I need to just check in with you guys right now.’
The leading Gen-Z bee, too, voiced her sadness upon the disappearance of an app that she had nurtured a highly dedicated following for.
She exclaimed, “I’m feeling overwhelmed since I don’t know where to continue reading, as this place is so enjoyable to chat with everyone.
‘As much as I love posting stuff, I love consuming it as well.’
She expressed her distress: “Folks, this isn’t right at all. I think I might need professional help, perhaps even a stay in a mental facility. What on earth is happening here? Couldn’t we all use some time together instead?
‘This is going to be the worst day ever,’ she added.
Earle, with a following of over 10.8 million people on Instagram and TikTok, is estimated to make between $40,000 and $70,000 per brand collaboration.
Forbes reports that the influential star made $8 million from her social media presence in 2024.
