Alien: Romulus is coming to Hulu in November 2024

As a hardcore Sci-Fi and horror enthusiast with a soft spot for the Alien franchise, I can hardly contain my excitement about the upcoming release of Alien: Romulus on Hulu this Thanksgiving. Having grown up watching Ridley Scott’s masterpieces, it feels like a dream come true to witness this new chapter in the saga unfold.

For all fans of sci-fi horror, there’s an exciting prospect coming up this Thanksgiving! In November, the highly anticipated sci-fi horror movie “Alien: Romulus” will be available to stream on Hulu. While we didn’t exactly need a crystal ball to predict this release, given that we foresaw it as a likely streaming option when the film initially hit cinemas in August, we’re still thrilled that it’s finally happening!

Save the date for Thursday, November 21st, 2024, as that’s when the movie “Alien: Romulus” will be streaming on Hulu. Although it may not be a traditional family movie, it could potentially be enjoyed with older family members during Thanksgiving, just ensure that younger children are occupied elsewhere. Please note that this R-rated film is definitely not suitable for young viewers!

If you’re eager to watch the movie before it hits streaming services, consider renting or buying it online from platforms like Amazon Prime Video, Fandango at Home, Microsoft Store, Apple TV, Google Play, or YouTube. Alternatively, if you prefer a physical copy, the DVD and Blu-Ray versions will be available for purchase starting Dec. 3, 2024.

Under the guidance of Fede Álvarez, Alien: Romulus centers around a group of six young space explorers who find themselves in a desperate struggle for life when they encounter menacing alien beings while searching an abandoned space station for salvage. This is the seventh film in the Alien series, and it unfolds between the happenings of the original 1979 Alien and its sequel, Aliens, from 1986.

Featuring an incredibly gifted ensemble including Cailee Spaeny, David Jonsson, Archie Renaux, Isabela Merced, Spike Fearn, and Aileen Wu, this film premiered in August 2024 and ultimately amassed over $350 million globally on a budget of just $80 million. Notably, it ranks as the second-highest-grossing Alien movie to date. Good news for fans, as a sequel is under development, with Álvarez, Spaeny, and Jonsson possibly reprising their roles.

Alien: Romulus is set to land on Hulu on Nov. 21. Will you be streaming the hit sci-fi horror film?
