On Saturday, Alicia Vikander, Alexa Chung, and Tom Sturridge made a stylish entrance at Venice Airport, preparing for day four of the grand film festival in the city.
36-year-old Swedish actress Alicia made an elegant entrance at the airport, wearing a stylish gray trench coat, while being accompanied by security personnel.
Underneath her coat, she donned a fashionable white dress adorned with intricate lace edges and chose comfortable black leather ballet shoes as footwear.
To complete the look, Alicia accessorised with a grey cross-body bag and trendy black sunglasses.
Speaking of personal style, I recently strolled alongside my partner, Tom Sturridge, showcasing my fashion flair in a timeless, rich-brown leather bomber jacket. We were quite the stylish duo!
Preparing for the flight, Alexa matched her jacket with a soft, light yellow button-down shirt and a timeless white t-shirt.

She put together the ensemble using black, tailored high-waist pants with a bell-bottom shape, and black leather slip-ons.
To finish off her outfit, she carried her necessities in a spacious black leather tote bag from Gimaguas and wore large black sunglasses.
In a casual yet elegant manner, Tom stood out, sporting a sleek black leather jacket paired with a delicate baby blue shirt, showcasing his distinctive flair for fashion.
He matched his gaze with grey pinstriped pants and black leather footwear, adding a rucksack as an accessory.
Alicia and Tom are featured in Oliver Assayas’ contemporary drama, “The Wizard of the Kremlin,” which will have its first screening at the Venice Film Festival over the coming weekend.
The movie centers on a cunning Russian political strategist who played a significant role in helping Vladimir Putin ascend to power during the 1990s.
This week, Deadline released a preview featuring Paul Dano, age 41, in his role as Vadim Baranov. Vadim is a revolutionary artist transitioning into reality TV production, who later serves as an informal mentor to a former KGB agent ascending the political ranks.
In this political thriller, a notable ensemble of actors has been assembled. Notably, Jude Law portrays Putin, Alicia plays Ksenia, Baranov’s striking wife, while Will Keen takes on the role of the real-life oligarch Boris Berezovsky who has sadly passed away. Jeffrey Wright and Tom can also be found in supporting roles within the production.

The film “The Wizard of the Kremlin,” penned by Emmanuel Carrère and directed by Assayas, draws inspiration from the true-life career of Vladislav Surkov – a long-standing adviser and image architect to Russian president Vladimir Putin, as depicted in Giuliano da Empoli’s 2022 novel.
In his director’s notes, Assayas expresses that he was entirely unaware of the underlying processes leading to Putin’s rise to power, but he found this entire story incredibly captivating.
I hadn’t known about Vladislav Surkov, who played a role as an inspiration for Baranov, despite the two men being distinctly different. Surkov is rather offensive; on the other hand, while Baranov is implicated in the most questionable acts of the regime and has a twisted side, he still exhibits a certain level of humanity.
In addition, the director commended Paul on his acting skills, emphasizing his subtle touches and close focus on details.
He mentioned that with Paul, every recording seems perfect and provides a unique perspective. It’s almost as if he presents the director with a colorful kaleidoscope of options, capturing the full emotional spectrum of each scene.
The Wizard of the Kremlin is slated for release on January 21, 2026.
