Alicia Douvall’s Shocking New Romance: Meet the Man Who’s Not Her Usual Type!

She’s associated with several high-profile figures in the entertainment industry, such as Simon Cowell, Mickey Rourke, and Dean Gaffney.

Indeed, it’s come to light that Alicia Douvall has discovered love once more, this time with a man whose profession is in stark contrast to those of her renowned past partners.

The 45-year-old former glamour model is ‘dating’ director of Solution Engineering David Anstiss.

Last weekend, they officially announced their relationship on Valentine’s Day by sharing a collection of loving photos online.

In a striking black gown, the radiant brunette snuggled up to her muscular companion, both tilting their heads closely for the photograph.

Indeed, David went above and beyond for the TV personality during their romantic getaway, presenting her with an extravagant arrangement of red roses and a large red balloon. Alicia graciously posted about this sweet gesture.

It seemed they celebrated Valentine’s Day at a hotel, as a hotel phone and notepad were visible in the backdrop of the scene.

She simply captioned her post: ‘#valentinesday’ alongside two red heart emojis.

TopMob has contacted representatives of Alicia for comment.

In my own words, I can share that, during Alicia’s peak popularity, she was involved in several romantic relationships. She’s openly discussed some of these encounters with notable figures such as Simon Cowell, Mick Hucknall, P Diddy, Mickey Rourke, and Dean Gaffney.

Beauty was reportedly associated with names like John Terry, Fabien Barthez, Calum Best, Shaggy, and Dane Bower, all during the time she was in a relationship with Dennis Rodman.

In 2015, while staying in the Celebrity Big Brother house, Alicia disclosed that she had been cohabiting with Dwight Yorke prior to his infidelity with Katie Price.

Alicia shared a post detailing her remarkable journey spanning the years, transitioning from someone who enjoyed surgeries and partying extensively to becoming the proprietor of a thriving business focused on natural beauty.

As a devoted admirer, I’d say I’ve witnessed an astonishing transformation over the past few years in this individual who is known for her modeling career. With well over 400 cosmetic treatments estimated to have cost around £1 million, she has truly undergone a remarkable makeover.

During the early 2000s, Alicia was frequently in the spotlight, often associated with sensational headlines and lively gatherings. She was recognized for her long list of famous romances and her recurring series of cosmetic procedures.

However, following 18 breast augmentations, 11 rhinoplasties, buttock implants, and the modification of her ribs, Alicia decided to cease surgeries and, over the last decade, has developed a thriving skincare company. Interestingly, this business emphasizes the philosophy of natural anti-aging.

For Alicia, who is now a mom of two, it’s quite a shift from her earlier goal of having the largest breast implants in Britain.

Sarah Howes was born but later adopted a stage name better fitting for glamour modeling. Her father, an accomplished self-made millionaire and Conservative council member, nurtured her in a prestigious school, Springfield Park School, situated in Horsham, West Sussex.

To put it personally, ever since I was whisked away at nine to a boarding school, Alicia confided that this experience set the stage for her battles with self-worth and an unyielding fixation on her appearance.

Instead of saving up her parent’s sent money for beauty items like tanning tablets and hair dye, she decides to save the money and use it to purchase these specific cosmetic goods.

Once upon her most extraordinary childhood pranks, she even managed to arrange for a tanning bed to be delivered to school, all at the tender age of 11.

At the age of seventeen, having been dismissed from school, she opted for a breast augmentation surgery as she shifted her focus towards glamour modeling, a choice driven by her realization that her height made her unsuitable for catwalk jobs.

In the latter part of the 1990s, she had become a popular model, gracing magazine covers and hosting shows on Playboy TV. Her weekly earnings amounted to an impressive £5000.

In addition, she increased both her financial status and popularity by appearing on Love Island in 2006. During her short stay of only one week, she managed to earn a six-figure income.

However, Alicia found herself deeply hooked on cosmetic surgeries, with a procedure scheduled each week at some point.

In 2013, I shared with The Mail On Sunday that beyond my utmost priority of my daughter’s education, I invested absolutely nothing on anything else but surgeries. My meals primarily consisted of beans on toast, and I never indulged in a single vacation. To save even more, I managed to convince my partners to finance those operations for me.

Despite my daughter pleading with me to halt the surgeries, I persisted. I was firmly convinced that the following operation would rectify all issues, hence I chose not to heed her requests.

2011 marked the birth of Alicia’s second child, Papaya, which led Alicia, a mother to Georgia as well, to promise never to have plastic surgery again. However, she found it challenging to overcome her compulsion.

She received a diagnosis for Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), often referred to as body dysmorphia. This is a mental health condition that shares similarities with anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Individuals affected by it become fixated on their physical appearance and have an unrealistic view of how they look.

After two decades of being recognized for her cosmetic augmentations, she has now taken on the role of advocating for authentic aging.

In the year 2011, they started Douvall’s beauty brand, following their discovery of the skin-enhancing properties of cold-pressed argan oil.

Initially causing a stir due to comments suggesting she’d be okay with her oldest child undergoing plastic surgery, Alicia teamed up with Georgia and poured in every penny from her £20,000 savings into starting their new business together.

Moreover, the investment has proven fruitful as our brand is now carried by retailers such as Sephora, Superdrug (UK), and Walmart (US).
