In the midst of their persistent disagreement, Ioan disclosed that his oldest child, Ella (age 15), was repeatedly asking him for funds due to worries that Alice and their two children might be forced out of their residence in Los Angeles due to potential eviction.

It seems that Alice, Ella, and Elsie are struggling severely with their living conditions. However, Ioan asserts that Alice’s supposed financial predicament is fabricated by the actress to manipulate him into fulfilling her financial requests.

Shortly following the public disclosure of her ex-partner’s drastic actions, Alice subtly expressed her thoughts by sharing an image of a chessboard, emphasizing the king piece in red.

The screen displayed the words, “You’ve lost,” seemingly in response to her sharp comment concerning her ongoing legal disagreement with Ioan regarding their divorce.

To demonstrate that Alice may be deceiving his daughters about their financial situation, Ioan submitted evidence such as messages from Ella to the Los Angeles Superior Court.

‘Mom works tirelessly and takes care of us round-the-clock. However, it seems like you’re dodging the reality – your reluctance to contribute is evident. It’s not Mom’s fault; it’s your own choice that has left us in this situation, making it difficult for you to support us now.’

In the report, Ioan stated that he was deeply embarrassed upon receiving messages from his daughters, which echoed Alice’s untrue and fabricated assertion about imminent homelessness.

In May, she stated in legal records that she was facing the possibility of homelessness due to a severe worsening of her financial condition following her contentious divorce with Ioan.

She asserted that she would find herself homeless by June 1st, as she couldn’t afford her rent and every shelter in Los Angeles was already at capacity.

Nonetheless, she earlier confessed that she felt ashamed for needing public assistance, writing: ‘I’m deeply embarrassed about this situation. Anyone who is reading this knows my background.’

Previously, Alice asserted that Ioan had been residing in an apartment costing $5,500 per month, equipped with a private gym, while she and their two kids were struggling to meet the costs of essential needs.

She claimed that her former spouse deliberately declined acting job offers intentionally, so as to maintain a lower income during their separation and thereby reduce the amount he had to pay her in alimony.

This past spring, Ioan and his newlywed spouse, Bianca, shared on Instagram that they are expecting their first child as a couple, mere months following their wedding ceremony.

In April, Ioan and Bianca posted a heartfelt video on their individual Instagram accounts, showcasing their beautiful wedding ceremony. The captions read: ‘Ioan and Bianca – Husband and Wife. The marriage is official, the grand wedding is yet to come.’

Even though they parted ways in July 2023, the former couple continues to engage in intense disputes regarding spousal maintenance, child custody, and financial provisions for their two girls, Ella (aged 15) and Elsie (aged 11).

During the court session on September 9, Judge Josh Freeman Stinn approved a mutually agreed-upon contract. According to this agreement, Ioan is required to pay $3,000 per month as temporary child support and $1,500 per month as temporary spousal support. This arrangement will remain in effect until the next hearing on February 13, at which point a more permanent support plan will be established.

Ioan intended to phone Bianca as a potential witness during the February hearing. She was his former fiancée at the time, and he wanted her to testify that his ex-wife had been stalking, harassing, and abusing her. This behavior allegedly occurred after a three-year domestic violence restraining order (DVRO) was put in place in August 2022, following their endurance of a series of malicious text messages, emails, and social media posts from the ex-wife. These communications were reportedly part of a ‘smear campaign’ of hateful content.

John asserts that Alice repeatedly acted in a harmful and slanderous manner towards him, with the intention of intimidating and harassing him, as well as his partner, Bianca Wallace. Moreover, this behavior aimed to estrange our two young children from him.

In the recent box office success of his movie “Bad Boys: Ride or Die,” which earned over $403 million globally, Ioan is resisting Alice’s request for additional income, asserting that he has already paid an excess of $400,000 in spousal support beyond what was required by their pre-marital agreement.
