Alec Baldwin’s wife Hilaria divides internet over ‘strange’ workout in HEELS

Last Friday, Alec Baldwin’s second spouse, Hilaria, resumed her energetic yoga instruction sessions with a focus on the ‘seductive’ aspect.

41-year-old mom of seven, sporting glittery red heels, highlighted her slender 5-foot-4 frame by executing the dynamic “bridge yoga pose” (now referred to as ‘glute bridge’).

Hilaria told her 1 million social media followers to lie down flat with their knees bent and feet at hip distance apart.

‘Press into feet and lift hips up and lower them down. Three sets of 10! Heels optional OBVIOUSLY!’

Baldwin distinctly separated his Instagram post, with user @debbiemerle remarking: ‘It looks unusual on you when you wear [heels] for that activity.’

‘This is weird,’ Instagram user @sunisinmyeyes agreed.

Instagram user @tobylyfe commented: ‘But really heels? C’mon, LOL!’

@carolyn_k_hartman” quipped playfully, adding a laughing emoji. “It seems to serve no purpose unless they are heels,” she meant humorously.

@mbk1979 was puzzled by the shoe style reminiscent of The Wizard of Oz, and asked, ‘What on earth is going on?’

The allegations are defamation, malicious prosecution, and violations of my civil rights. This is due to their intentional mishandling of evidence.

On May 23, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, a former Rust armorer, walked out of the New Mexico Women’s Correctional Facility, having completed an 18-month sentence for involuntary manslaughter related to the incident she was involved in.
