Alec Baldwin’s vile voicemail branding daughter a ‘thoughtless little pig’ goes viral again after her public snub
A recording of a controversial voicemail message left by Alec Baldwin to Ireland Baldwin, in which he called her a “rude, inconsiderate pig,” has been shared on social media platforms, following her public dismissal of him during Father’s Day celebrations.
In the offensive letter that surfaced in April 2007 during his divorce proceedings with Kim Basinger, Alec Baldwin lashed out in a harsh manner towards his eldest child, who was only 11 at the time, following her failure to take a planned phone call with him.
In a conversation, Baldwin made it clear to his daughter that he would no longer tolerate any more disrespect: ‘From now on, you’ve gone too far with your insults.’ He expressed his disappointment, stating she lacked both the intellectual capacity and the moral character expected of a human being.
‘Regardless of whether you are 12 or 11 years old, or if you are a child, and regardless of any issues with your mother not caring about your actions, my viewpoint remains unchanged.’
Baldwin shared with Ireland that her actions made him feel deeply embarrassed and awful, as she didn’t answer his call when he knew she was reachable.
The somewhat awkward audio became popular on Instagram after Ireland drew attention with an unconventional move of omitting her renowned father from a Father’s Day message posted on Sunday. However, she did extend her warm greetings to her partner RAC and his father Arménio Anjos.
In a manner similar to his intense portrayals in movies such as Glengarry Glen Ross and The Departed, Alec decided it was time to journey to see his daughter, with the aim of resolving their conflicts.

On the social media account managed by @jaydee_milo, many responses criticized Alec for his outburst directed towards his own child.
If a man had left such a message for his daughter when she was 11 years old, the first person stated they would be in jail. The second individual humorously added, ‘I wouldn’t pick up the phone in that situation either.’
One user asked, ‘How do you have this much beef with an 11 year old?’
A person stated, “This self-centered behavior is precisely why I forbid my six-year-old daughter from interacting with her self-absorbed father.
Other users claimed the call was clear sign that the Hollywood star was a narcissist.
One user playfully commented that their favorite moment is when he forgets her age, alluding to Alec’s mistake.
In April 2007, when the recording emerged, Alec published an explanation on his website that attributed the confrontational nature of the conversation to a long-standing estrangement from his daughter.
He acknowledged his actions, explaining that his frustration from long-term parental alienation had led him to lose his temper with his child. He expressed his regret for the incident, hoping no one else would have to endure a similar situation.
Alec mentioned that he went through a lot during his custody battle with Basinger, which lasted for several years and was related to their work together on the movie “The Marrying Man” in 1991.
He mentioned, “Those who know me personally are aware that some individuals would stop at nothing to humiliate me and interfere with my bond with my daughter.
