Alan Wake 2 Three-Hour Trial Among This Weekend’s Xbox Free Play Days Offerings
For the upcoming weekend, there are three games to ponder over, as Free Play Days make their comeback. This time around, you can preview “Alan Wake 2” with a three-hour trial open to all Xbox subscribers, whether or not you have Xbox Game Pass.
If the intense survival horror experience offered by Remedy doesn’t suit your taste, you might want to explore the virtual world of Alfheim instead, found in Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream. Here, you join Kirito and his companions on a mission to save a world teetering on the edge of chaos.
Ultimately, you’ll find yourself on an island generated by Team17 in the game titled “The Survivalists“. Here, you’ll be tasked with creating a shelter, gathering food and resources, and ensuring your survival in various ways.
Two games need either an Xbox Game Pass Standard, Core, or Ultimate subscription, but the Alan Wake 2 three-hour trial doesn’t require any Game Pass subscription. All these titles are available for free play from now until Sunday, February 2nd at 11:59 pm PT through Free Play Days.
