Alan Carr’s Madame Tussauds waxwork gets a Celebrity Traitors makeover after the comedian’s epic victory

Oh my gosh, I’m still reeling! Alan Carr absolutely deserved that win on Celebrity Traitors! I honestly didn’t expect it, but it was the most amazing, emotional victory – he completely stole my heart, and I think he stole the nation’s too! It was just… epic. I’m so thrilled for him!

As a huge fan, I was so excited to hear that they’re giving the comedian’s Madame Tussauds wax figure a makeover to celebrate his win! They’re basing it on his look from ‘The Traitors,’ which is just brilliant.

Just a week after winning the first season of Celebrity Traitors, Alan has been honored with a wax figure at Madame Tussauds London. The figure is displayed wearing his iconic dark-green hooded robe and lantern from the show.

Fans have been overwhelmingly requesting that Madame Tussauds London create a wax figure of the star from the show Traitors.

After hearing what fans wanted, the attraction announced on Thursday that the wax figure has arrived from Madame Tussauds Blackpool and will be displayed on a castle-themed set near the Fashion Runway Zone for two weeks.

Photos of the wax figure’s update show Alan recreating a funny moment from the show – he’s wearing a hooded jacket and carrying a lantern, just like in the viral clip from the first episode.

The wax figure is dressed in black trousers, a simple shirt, and a black blazer that has a vibrant red lining.

Alan finished his disguise as the Traitor by adding the famous green cloak. He then walked towards the turret carrying a lit lantern.

We’ve been overwhelmed by the public’s requests to bring Alan Carr’s wax figure back to the main exhibition floor, as Kate Garraway put it, we are ‘flabbergasted’ by the response,” said Steve Blackburn, General Manager at Madame Tussauds.

We carefully considered what people wanted and updated the figure to give it a fresh, iconic appearance, celebrating Alan’s victory on Celebrity Traitors.

We’re thrilled to welcome fans who are excited to see Alan Partridge’s iconic return in London and experience a truly unforgettable TV moment.

A wax figure of Alan Carr, created in the style of his role in the show The Traitors, will be at Madame Tussauds London from this Thursday until November 28th. It will be placed with other famous figures near the Fashion Runway Zone.

Viewers were surprised and delighted when the comedian, unexpectedly chosen as a ‘Traitor’ by host Claudia at the beginning of the show, won the £87,500 prize. He managed to keep his identity secret throughout the entire competition.

Throughout the show, Alan, age 49, openly committed two murders and eliminated numerous Faithful contestants, including some of the other Traitors.

During the game, the comedian seemed to enjoy eliminating his fellow contestants, especially after quickly removing his close friend Paloma Faith.

He confessed to fellow contestants Cat Burns, 25, and Jonathan Ross, 64, that he’d begun to relish eliminating honest players after his teammates convinced him to do the betraying.

He struggled to win until the very end, especially after viewers eliminated his teammate in a dramatic final episode, making him the sole remaining contestant.

Just days after its hugely popular first season finale, which drew over 14 million viewers, Celebrity Traitors has been confirmed for a second season.

The new BBC One show, a version of the popular series The Traitors, began in October and featured a cast of well-known celebrities.

Although there was talk of famous faces potentially joining the show for another season, the network has officially announced it will return in 2026.

Claudia Winkleman is returning as host for the next season, where a new set of contestants will compete in a game of trust and betrayal.

New episodes of the show ‘Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked’ will be back on BBC Two and available to listen to on BBC Sounds.

The BBC reported that the popular series brought in millions of viewers and had a significant positive financial effect on the company.

Okay, so like, the first episode of The Traitors? HUGE. Seriously, 14.8 million people tuned in! It’s officially the biggest reality show the BBC has had since 2021, and honestly, I’m not surprised. I knew everyone would be obsessed. I was one of those viewers, obviously, and it’s just… everything!

The final episode was a huge success, drawing an average of 11 million viewers – the largest overnight audience the BBC has ever seen, even beating the viewership of last year’s popular Gavin & Stacey Christmas special finale.

Oh my gosh, the finale was HUGE! Seriously, 1.9 million people watched it on BBC iPlayer – that’s the most anyone has ever watched a show live on that platform! I knew it would be big, but wow, that’s incredible! It just proves how amazing this show is, doesn’t it?
