Aimee Garcia’s Sweet BTS Content from Criminal Minds: Evolution Season 3 Will Make You Smile
The latest season of “Criminal Minds: Evolution” has concluded, marking the end of its third installment (and the 18th season in total) within this year’s television schedule. Throughout this season, viewers were kept on their toes with unexpected twists, emotional moments, special appearances, and edge-of-your-seat storylines. As we eagerly await the fourth season of “Evolution”, its newest cast member, Aimee Garcia, is reminiscing about her time on set, and I’m enjoying all the behind-the-scenes content she’s been sharing.
A former ‘Lucifer’ cast member recently joined the revival of ‘Criminal Minds’ last autumn, playing Dr. Julia Ochoa – a neuropsychiatrist who worked with Voit during his brain injury recovery. Ochoa turned out to be invaluable in deciphering the enigmatic serial killer suffering from amnesia, and even risked her own life in the process. To mark the end of ‘Evolution’ Season 3, Garcia uploaded a collection of behind-the-scenes images and clips from filming on her Instagram this week, and they’re really fascinating.

Discussing the fact that Criminal Minds is typically gloomy, filled with despair and suspenseful moments, it’s refreshing to notice a lighter vibe behind the scenes. Garcia’s photos display numerous happy faces, offering a peek into her exclusive behind-the-scenes adventures. What makes this even more fascinating is that the actress herself is an avowed fan of the series, so working on the show seemed like a fulfillment of a lifelong dream for her.
Currently, I find myself experiencing Aimee Garcia’s character through her role. Whether she’ll be back for Season 4 is uncertain as of now. Yet, considering Dr. Ochoa survived until the end of the third season, there’s a possibility that she might make another appearance.
More on Criminal Minds

After the terrifying emergency incident involving Tara on “Criminal Minds: Evolution”, I’m eager to hear Aisha Tyler’s insights about what lies ahead for her character.
As a movie enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that before Season 3 of “Criminal Minds: Evolution” had even premiered, Paramount+ announced its renewal for Season 4! Production officially began in May, and a behind-the-scenes photo confirmed the return of our beloved cast members from the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU). Regulars on the revival, which you can stream with a Paramount+ subscription, are all accounted for.
In terms of bringing on guest stars, I must admit it’s a bit tricky. Showrunner Erica Messer shed light on the challenges involved in securing actors’ schedules for appearances, and I completely empathize with that predicament.
The release date for Season 4 of “Evolution” has yet to be announced, as production seems to still be underway. This means we might have to wait a bit longer to find out when it will air. However, I’m optimistic that the delay will make the eventual episodes even more satisfying. In the meantime, I’d love to see more behind-the-scenes content from Garcia and her co-stars.

Stream Criminal Minds: Evolution and an array of other gripping procedurals on Paramount+! In the meantime before Season 4, enthusiasts can binge-watch the first three seasons of Criminal Minds: Evolution on Paramount+, as well as all 15 seasons of the original run of Criminal Minds. The franchise has some intense themes that might make certain viewers uneasy. But if you ever find the content too heavy, remember Aimee Garcia’s cheerful images and videos to lighten your mood.
