Aimé Leon Dore Nods to ’90s NYC for SS25 Drop 4

For Spring/Summer 2025, Aimé Leon Dore finds a rich source of inspiration in the fashion trends and vibes of the 1990s. The second release took on the nautical theme of the ’90s, but for its fourth SS25 collection, the New York City label is turning to the city’s streets as its muse. To represent this urban essence, they selected one of the five borough’s most stylish men to model in their lookbook and campaign video.

For the cover of its fourth seasonal release, American Eagle Outfitters (ALDO) features George Davies, a well-known friend of the brand and an emerging fashion influencer. This collection draws inspiration from Davies’ vibrant youthfulness and urban upbringing, resulting in a fresh and innovative assortment of men’s clothing items.

American Eagle Outfitters (ALDO) showcases George Davies, a close friend of the brand and an up-and-coming fashion personality, as the cover model for its fourth seasonal collection. The collection reflects Davies’ youthful spirit and urban background by creating a harmonious and creative new lineup of men’s garments.

The teenager from Tribeca stated that living in Manhattan has taught him many things about the world even before he fully experiences it himself. He explained that it has helped him become self-reliant, compassionate, and mindful of not being bothersome to those who are unkind to him.

The new collection aims to capture an easygoing style (typically seen in urban youth such as Davies), focusing on airy fabrics and larger, loose-fitting designs. Key items are the worn-out Gallery Hoodie, featuring raw edges for a casual, unrefined look, along with the Striped Leon Overshirt, which is now available in a spacious “Leon” cut, and a variety of breathable, layering knits.

In terms of footwear, ALD has unveiled a fresh color scheme for its NB 990v6 Made in USA model, specifically a “White with Sea Salt” hue this time. Additionally, ALD has introduced its Taverna Loafer in the shades of Mocha, Cream, and Black.
