AFL champ and Triple M radio star Peter ‘Spida’ Everitt lists four-bedroom Gold Coast townhouse for $2.3million
Peter ‘Spida’ Everitt, an Australian Rules Football League champion and host on Triple M radio, is aiming for a significant victory in the real estate market by putting his spacious Gold Coast property up for sale at $2.3 million.
2024 saw me, a die-hard football enthusiast, along with my beloved wife Sheree, proudly investing in our dream home – a stunning two-story townhouse boasting four bedrooms and three bathrooms. This architectural marvel set us back a cool $1.4 million, a small price to pay for the sanctuary we found within its walls.
The couple, following their acquisition, immediately invested in a renovation and modernization of their new home, which is nestled within the exclusive, secure gated community of Sanctuary Cove.
On Thursday, Sheree Everitt shared with the Gold Coast Bulletin that the upgrades involved substantial building projects on the premises.
‘It was 17 years old and in need of a renovation when we bought it,’ she told the publication.

We tore down several interior walls to create an open-concept living space, completely renovated every inch of the home inside, and replaced the roof.
We chose a design with sleek, uncluttered features, adorned the kitchen and bathrooms with exquisite marble countertops, and ensured it was incredibly convenient to use.
Over the past few years, this pair has completed renovations on five different homes. Now, they’re expressing their intention to purchase another property in Sanctuary Cove.
On their newest venture, you’ll find an expansive, covered outdoor barbecue and leisure space for entertainment.
There’s also a media room and family room adjoining the main living areas.
Simultaneously, the kitchen showcases both a walk-in pantry and a spacious breakfast bar, whereas the upper level accommodates the sleeping quarters and a personal study area.
Situated barely minutes away from the serene Coomera River, this residence boasts a proximity of just 100 meters to an exclusive boat ramp, accessible only by residents.
The gated community includes 24 hour security patrols, while the home has a new alarm system.

Located approximately 20 kilometers from downtown Gold Coast, Sanctuary Cove stands out as a community resembling a resort. It’s notable for its marina and two prestigious golf courses, named The Pines and The Palms.
Everitt played 291 games in a career in first class footy that kicked off in 1993.
Kicking off his professional journey with St.Kilda, this towering ruckman (203 cm) hung up his boots following his tenure with the Sydney Swans from 2000 to 2008.
He also played for Hawthorn between 2003-2006, after exiting St. Kilda in 2002.
For the past 11 years, Everitt has been the host of the Triple M Gold Coast Breakfast Show. Currently, he co-hosts with Leisel Jones and Liam Flanagan.
He hosts a travel show titled “The Great Australian Doorstep,” alongside his wife Sheree, which gets broadcasted on Channel 7Two.
It’s also produced as a radio show for Flow FM and Triple M.
