Adrien Brody and Georgina Chapman Steal the Show at Cannes Premiere!
At the premiere of “A Private Life,” Adrien Brody accompanied his elegant partner, Georgina Chapman.
52-year-old Oscar laureate jet-setted to France for the debut screening of “A Private Life,” where Jodie Foster features prominently, at the Palais des Festivals on a Tuesday.
At the premiere, he appeared captivated by his stylist partner Georgina, age 49, who was breathtakingly beautiful in a red, flowing dress adorned with ruffles.
Georgina wore a one-shouldered ruby dress, its hem trimmed with cascading chiffon frills, and it had a belt at the waist to give it shape.
Her blonde locks were slicked into a bun and she paired the dress with a red smoky eye look.
While Adrien was stylishly dressed in a black-and-white tuxedo, he strolled along the red carpet hand-in-hand.
Or:
As he strutted down the red carpet, Adrien was impeccably dressed in a black and white tuxedo, with his arm linked to a companion.

The affectionate behavior between the duo took place a few days following when Georgina spoke out in defense of his regrettable action during the viral incident at the Oscars.
At the Oscars, the actor left everyone stunned when, while still chewing gum, he playfully threw it to his longtime partner, Georgina, prior to giving his heartfelt best actor acceptance speech on March 2nd.
But apparently, the disgusting gesture was all the British 49-year-old’s idea.
‘I asked him to do it,’ Georgina confessed to Page Six last week.
I noticed him standing still, the look of alarm clearly etched on his features. It was almost as if he had exclaimed internally, “Oh my, I shouldn’t be chewing gum.
Chapman shouted, “Hand it over!” However, he couldn’t grab the adhesive debris that was hurled at him from a distance of seven feet within the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
The 52-year-old celebrity, known for his Brutalist style, attempted to clarify that he didn’t realize he was still chewing gum, making it difficult for him to deliver a speech without it on the set of LIVE with Kelly and Mark during the Oscars.
Mark Consuelos agreed that Adrien couldn’t swallow the gum because ‘it’s bad for you.’

‘I could’ve!’ Adrien groaned.
‘I didn’t think about that. [I just thought], “I’ve got to get rid of this somehow!”‘
In 2021, the couple who is both a two-time Academy Award winner and a co-founder of Marchesa officially walked their first red carpet together. However, it’s interesting to note that she hasn’t been featured yet in his social media profiles.
In the spotlight, I found myself in an increasingly uncomfortable situation as my prolonged five-and-a-half minute address at the Academy Awards broke a record. Yet, amidst the tension, I couldn’t help but express my admiration for Georgina, whom I affectionately refer to as ‘Popsy’, a nickname bestowed upon me by her two wonderful children.
Georgina, who was married for ten years to film producer Harvey Weinstein, brought home her 14-year-old daughter India and 12-year-old son Dashiell during their marriage, which ended in 2017 (officially divorced in 2021).
Last week, Georgina shared with Us Weekly that it’s somewhat intimidating when your partner has won not just one, but two Oscars.
‘I could never quite live up to that standard.’

Georgina added: ‘I don’t know if anyone else would want to see me act.’
As a devoted admirer, let me share my enthusiasm for the remarkable woman who graced the Wimbledon School of Art and is now at the helm of Marchesa – a label that bears the enchanting name of socialite Marchesa Luisa Casati, co-created with Keren Craig in 2004. This dynamic duo has kept their creative juices flowing, keeping me enthralled and eager for more!
Previously, it was reported that Adrien had been involved with his Giallo and The Jacket co-stars, Elsa Pataky and Keira Knightley respectively.
For more than a decade now, the original New York resident has donned the leading role as Charles V in Lee Tamahori’s action-packed historical drama titled “Emperor,” set in the 16th century. Unfortunately, this film did not make it to theaters because of legal complications.
Emperor was also set to feature Bill Skarsgård, Oliver Platt, and the late Rutger Hauer.
