Adrian Portelli announces winner of $15million The Block house giveaway after competition was marred by major technology issues

As a dedicated follower of The Block and a member of Adrian ‘Mr Lambo’ Portelli’s LMCT+ rewards club, I can honestly say this man knows how to make dreams come true! Despite the initial hiccup with technical issues that had us all on tenterhooks, Adrian showed his commitment to transparency and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Adrian ‘Mr Lambo’ Portelli has announced the winner of his massive giveaway.

35-year-old wealthy contender shelled out a staggering $15 million during the 2024 season of The Block, purchasing every one of the five Phillip Island houses, and then set a new record by donating them all in an extraordinary raffle.

Earlier, technical problems disrupted the house giveaway, leading to a delay in announcing the lucky winner.

However he got back on track 24 hours later with over 111,000 viewers tuning in on Facebook.

holly, a 34-year-old lady hailing from ballarat, was contacted by portelli and informed that she had emerged victorious in the contest.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, let me share an intriguing statement: “I deliberately chose to miss the live event, fearing it might bring misfortune.” This sentiment was expressed by the individual known as Portelli during our conversation.

Instead of choosing the eight million dollars in cold, hard cash, Holly decided to stick with her five properties and catch some Z’s.

On Thursday, the planned lottery organized by Adrian’s company LMCT+ encountered significant technical issues, causing him to temporarily halt or suspend the proceedings.

The reveal of the winner, initially scheduled for 8:30 PM on Boxing Day, has been delayed by 24 hours because of some arising issues.

A post shared to Instagram read: ‘NOTICE: Due to technical difficulties, winners will now be drawn tomorrow, 8:30pm AEDT. The promotion has ended at its stated time.

The promotional giveaway has reached its limit, no further entries can be made. We appreciate your backing and comprehension.

In a video, Adrian explained that the giveaway had closed at 8pm as planned, but due to the sheer volume of traffic on the website, the LMCT+ systems then crashed.

Despite the problem being resolved promptly, Adrian chose to delay the raffle so that he could personally review every detail to guarantee a smooth operation.

He pointed out, “Such incidents occur when events are conducted in real-time. This is a way to verify the authenticity as such unforeseen situations often arise.

I find this situation frustrating, but I prioritize safety and upholding both our companies’ and my personal reputations. I don’t want to let anyone down or compromise the trust we’ve built together.

Once I’m sure everything is functioning correctly, we’ll announce the winners. The drawing will take place at 8.30pm tomorrow evening.

“They plan on staying up all night checking everything thoroughly and ensuring everything is legitimate. After that, we’ll carry on with our work.

The lucky winner will either take home all five Phillip Island properties or $8million in cash.

As a connoisseur of fine living, I’m excited to introduce you to our exclusive Membership Rewards program. By investing in various levels of membership, you’ll earn chances to win lavish prizes drawn from our pool of upscale giveaways.

At the conclusion of The Block in 2024, Adrian created history by acquiring all five properties for an astounding $15 million.

In his final year of bidding on the show, Adrian ensured Maddy and Charlotte Harry became the youngest ever winners when he bought their home for $3.5million.

Adrian’s firm, LMCT+, often conducts giveaways of properties from “The Block”, such as the $5 million acquisition of Steph and Gian’s victorious residence last year.

Just a short while following his purchase of all properties on Phillip Island, Adrian unveiled his grand ‘resort giveaway’ plan via LMCT+.
