With only two episodes remaining in season three of Tell Me Lies, the show has already delivered a lot of drama – think Bree and Wrigley’s complicated relationship, ongoing issues with Oliver, and everything Lucy’s been through. But it seems like the biggest twists are still ahead.
Okay, as a huge fan, I’m SO excited! Cat Missal, who plays Bree, and Costa D’Angelo, who plays Alex, have hinted that the final two episodes – ‘As I Climb Onto Your Back, I Will Promise Not to Sting’ and ‘Are You Happy Now, That I’m on My Knees?’ – are going to be seriously shocking and everyone will be discussing them. I can’t wait!
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Missal revealed the upcoming episodes are expected to be highly controversial, advising viewers to “have their beta blockers within reach.”

Man, D’Angelo’s advice is so simple but perfect! He basically said, ‘Seriously, just go for a walk!’ and suggested we all get a little sunshine and walk around a bit afterward. It’s a great idea to clear your head.
“It’s insane,” he added. “I think it’s going to blow up the internet. It’s crazy. So, enjoy.”

This season, Missal has a much bigger role thanks to the show’s increased focus on her character, Bree, and she’s grateful for the chance to take on more.
I felt more prepared going into the second season,” she explained. “While a lot of my scenes revolved around Oliver, I had a bigger role overall.
“So this season I was ready for more work and I was really excited. I’m just so grateful for it.”

When asked about Bree and Wrigley’s connection, she believes it goes deeper than just physical attraction. She feels Wrigley is processing a lot of sadness, and Bree carries her own emotional baggage from a difficult family history – a strained relationship with her mother, absence of a father, and having to rely on herself for support throughout her life.
They share a connection that’s easy to understand. There’s an underlying feeling between them that doesn’t need to be said out loud.
You’ll be able to find out what happens in the finale in just a couple of weeks, on February 17th.
