At Monterey Car Week, Acura is set to exhibit a unique piece of Hollywood’s past – the one-off NSX Roadster from Marvel’s “The Avengers”. After more than a decade, this iconic car, known as “Stark 33”, will make its public comeback. During Acura’s 35th anniversary celebration for the original NSX on August 15 at The Quail event, this supercar will be displayed. Originally built for the 2012 movie, its design is inspired by the second-generation NSX Concept and was created by Acura’s Los Angeles studio under Dave Marek, with a first-generation NSX serving as the base model.

The movie prop car, crafted meticulously by Trans FX in Oxnard, California, boasts a resin and fiberglass exterior, a lowered suspension, large 18-inch wheels, and customized seats. This highly modified 1991 NSX, which has racked up over 252,000 miles, will be auctioned off for charity in 2026, with registration open during Monterey Car Week. Acura will also exhibit notable NSX models such as the 1995 NSX-R and 1999 Zanardi Edition, along with the RSX Prototype – a sneak peek into their upcoming all-electric premium performance SUV.
