Let’s begin with a general overview of how the game works. The game starts with an animated, anime-style cutscene, followed by a battle between two characters. This battle serves as a tutorial, teaching you the basics. You can also skip this introductory sequence and go straight to creating your character’s name.
As a player, I found the controls really easy to pick up. You move around the battlefield, and there are buttons for attacking and using skills. There’s also a dash move which is great for dodging attacks or quickly repositioning. Plus, you build up AP just by fighting – attacking, getting hit, or even just letting the battle play out – and then you can use that AP to unleash your second skill!
Gather a team of four Vanguards to unlock the powerful Harmonic Strike and begin the Main Quest. This will allow you to advance through the various Acts and Stages. It’s enjoyable to battle different monsters by switching between your Vanguards, as each one has unique skills that help the team succeed.
As a player, I’m really excited about the Harmonic Strike! It seems like the kind of move that really makes team composition matter – it changes based on what my teammates bring to the table. Plus, it’s not just about having strong teammates, you actually have to work with them. Vanguards
The Vanguard section lets you check out all your unlocked characters and see their stats – including offense, defense, and skills. Here, you can also use EXP Potions to level them up and equip gear to make them even stronger.
Contract
In this game, Contracts are like a ‘gacha’ system – you spend resources to randomly obtain characters (called Vanguards) and helpful items. Your first 10 draws will always include Ka’liaserin, a powerful SSR Vanguard who significantly boosts your team’s strength.
Adeline’s Support
As you progress through the Main Quest, each completed stage unlocks better support rewards. This allows you to earn helpful items like Stamina, Mana, and EXP Potions.
Event
The Events section is where you’ll find all the ongoing activities in the game, such as the Endless Rabbit, 7-Day Check-in, and Affinity Event. Participating in these events lets you earn useful rewards like EST and Stamina, which will help you advance more easily.
Missions
This is where you can complete Daily, Weekly, and Repeatable missions to earn rewards such as EXP Potions and EST. You can also find and complete Achievements here to get rewards like SSR Vanguard and Artifact Selection Tickets, among other things.
Special Shop
The Special Shop is where you can get useful items! It’s split into sections like Subscriptions, Missions, and direct Purchases. You can buy EST currency, tickets for special draws, and other packages here. 1. Build a balanced Vanguard team
It’s best to create a well-rounded team of four strong Vanguards, as how well they work together is important. Each Vanguard has unique skills and strengths, so aim for a team that can easily overcome challenges.
2. Try to master the Harmonic Chain system
Harmonic Strike is a really powerful and rewarding move, so focus on using it often in battles. The key is to charge up Skill 2 on all your Vanguards, activate them simultaneously to build the Chain, and then unleash the devastating Harmonic Strike.
3. Don’t forget to power up your Vanguards
To easily progress through the Main Quest’s stages and Acts, concentrate on upgrading a small group of Vanguards you regularly use. As you level them up, remember to equip them with different gear – every little bit helps boost your team’s strength.
4. Don’t ignore Events and Missions
As you play through the main story, be sure to visit the Events section! It’s full of activities and events that offer great rewards, including EST. Also, completing missions is a good way to gather extra materials and in-game currency.
5. Extra tip
Here’s a quick tip: you can activate Skill 2 on different vanguards just by tapping the icon, without needing to switch to them first. This can save you time!
