As a dedicated follower of the captivating lives of celebrities, I find myself constantly amazed and inspired by the raw honesty and candidness that Abbey Clancy brings to her public persona. Her latest appearance on Loose Women, where she admitted being “halfway between a freak and sexless,” showcases not only her courage in sharing intimate details about her life but also her ability to turn such revelations into a source of humor and relatability.

During the latest episode of Loose Women, I openly shared that I sometimes feel like I’m standing somewhere in the middle of being extraordinary and lacking sexual appeal – a rather candid confession from my end.

38-year-old model, who tied the knot with Peter Crouch in 2011, disclosed that they utilize their podcast as a form of “informal counseling,” although it sometimes lands her in hot water.

In a candid discussion about their relationship with the panel, she spoke about the  reaction she receives when she ‘overshares.’

Abbey shared: “I often find myself in hot water on the podcast. I’m kind of a mix, neither completely wild nor entirely devoid of romantic entanglements.

In an unexpected yet rewarding manner, our conversations feel somewhat therapeutic. As I delved deeper into Pete during our interview for another podcast, I uncovered layers of insights that enriched my understanding of him.

She added: ‘He shared many aspects of himself, as is often the case with men, who tend to keep quiet about such matters.’

‘We don’t argue anymore it just goes in the podcast and we get it off our chest.’

On the Heart Breakfast show, hosted by Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden in April, Abbey discussed her relationship with her husband, mentioning details about what Peter looks like without clothing on – not the first time she’s shared such personal insights about their sex life.

On their amusing, uninhibited podcast The Therapy Couch, the model and her ex-footballer spouse are well-known for sharing too much. Recently, Abbey was a guest on a radio program by herself, as she discussed her fresh venture, Exhibit A.

It appears that Abbey unintentionally exposed a little more than intended yet another time, when she compared Peter’s bare form to an unexpected creature.

In the course of filling out a headline’s blank space, Jamie encountered: ‘Abbey describes husband Peter as resembling a “what” when unclothed.’

With excitement, Abbey answered, “I recognize it! That’s a camel!” However, the hosts erupted in laughter and the buzzer signaled that her guess was incorrect.

Jamie chuckled and questioned, “One serving or two?” as Abbey tried to explain her response by saying, “From behind, it looks like a camel – its hindquarters and legs are reminiscent of a camel.

Trying hard to maintain his composure, he said, “It’s not exactly a camel, but it bears some resemblance,” and only then did Abbey understand, “Ah, that’s a giraffe.

Later on, I playfully quipped, “I’m not a mule?” Then Jamie chimed in, “Absolutely, more like a giraffe, but that camel photo is simply extraordinary.

She acknowledged that the popularity of their podcast might be due to its relatability, suggesting that the audience finds it similar to their own experiences.

‘We’re not changing who we are, but our friends find our ideas familiar since they’ve heard so many of our stories and anecdotes before.’

However, I find it relatable because at times, we might over-share, but remember, we promised an unfiltered, enjoyable experience.

When asked if she sometimes shares too much, she replied: “Absolutely, there were instances when I found myself in headlines with statements taken out of context.

“I understand you might not realize, but as a mom with school duties, I sometimes blurt out unexpected things. It seems we both tend to share quite a bit.

As she unveiled her fresh podcast, Exhibit A, the celebrity confided in Jamie and Amanda, “I feel a tad exposed since Pete isn’t by my side.

Her new podcast sees her interview an array of guests as they discuss the success, struggle and the truth behind human experience.

She explained: ‘It is sharing stories from inspiring people from every walk of life, doctors, Hollywood star, musicians, sports people.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I find immense joy in immersing myself in others’ narratives. Sharing these stories not only enriches my own life but also offers valuable insights that listeners can incorporate into their own journey.
