In simpler terms, according to Page Six, Aaron Phypers claims in a letter that Denise Richards has a long-term addiction to the painkiller Vicodin and is involved in an ongoing extramarital relationship.

After being married for six years, Denise Richards and her husband, Aaron Phypers, have decided to part ways. Aaron initiated the separation by filing for divorce from the actress known for ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,’ on Monday.
The letter, reportedly sent to acquaintances and relatives, suggests that the ex-Real Housewife struggles with addictions to Vicodin and Adderall, often taking these medications along with tequila. Additionally, he claims that he, as well as his parents, have been mistreated since the initiation of the divorce proceedings. He describes this situation not just as a failing relationship but as a plea for help, according to Page Six. Furthermore, he requests support and prayers for Richards.
A representative for Richards didn’t respond immediately to The Times’ request for comment.
For more than two decades, this matter has been a concern. Recently, she’s stopped consuming regular meals, and I have personally observed instances where she has fainted due to ingesting harmful substances. This behavior not only endangers her but also puts others at risk, even while driving with our child.
Apart from his recent accusations in the court application for a restraining order, he also stated that he has never physically harmed Richards. In his own words, as reported by Page Six, he found signs of her being unfaithful earlier this year. He claimed that she rejected these allegations, even though he presented what he described as “explicit messages” suggesting otherwise.

According to reports, Denise Richards has obtained a short-term protection order from the court against her separated spouse, Aaron Phypers, due to accusations of domestic violence and illegal gun ownership.
Instead of Richards’ accusations being understated, they were quite dramatic as she claimed in her restraining order request that Aaron often choked her violently, squeezed her head forcefully, pinched her arms tightly, slapped her face and head aggressively, slammed her head against the bathroom towel rack, threatened to take her life, and pinned her down with his knee on her back so strongly she had to beg him to remove it, fearing he might actually kill her.
She added pictures showing her with a shiner, along with accusations that Phypers frequently used offensive and belittling language towards her, and on occasions hinted at the possibility of harming or taking his own life.
Immediately, a temporary ban was issued, and a hearing has been set for August 8th to potentially make this protective order permanent.
In the year 2011, Richardson welcomed Eloise, now 14, into their family as an infant. Since 2017, Richardson has been in a relationship with Phypers, and they tied the knot in September 2018, just a month after his divorce from Nicollette Sheridan was officially concluded. Richardson also has two grown-up daughters, Sam and Lola, from his past marriage with Charlie Sheen.

In simpler terms, Sami Sheen, the offspring of actress Denise Richards and actor Charlie Sheen, discussed her OnlyFans profile and the reason behind labeling herself as a professional in the adult entertainment industry.
Recently, Phypers’ calendar has been quite busy. Apart from his divorce case and the restraining order filed by Richards, he also found himself in a lawsuit in January. This lawsuit accuses him of fraud related to statements he made about a stem-cell treatment offered at his Malibu wellness center. The complaint was initiated by the husband of a woman who passed away from cancer following Phypers’ claim in 2023, as reported by People, that she would be cured or significantly improved with his $126,000 treatment.
