A day in the life of supermodel Miranda Kerr: Health-obsessed mum-of-four reveals her very strict routine from meditating with her children to 4.30pm dinner times

Miranda Kerr shared a look at her incredibly disciplined daily schedule, explaining how she maintains her radiant complexion as a supermodel.

A mother of four who prioritizes wellness recently shared her detailed morning and evening routines in an interview with LYMA’s Power Woman series, a product she highly recommends.

The 42-year-old Australian model starts her day at 5 a.m. to watch the sunrise from her bedroom, which she believes helps regulate her body’s natural sleep-wake cycle.

At this stage, she uses Vedic rounding, which is a method that blends yoga postures with specific breathing exercises.

Each morning, Miranda starts her day before 6am by making herself lemon water, celery juice, and a coffee. Then, she meditates with her 15-year-old son, Flynn.

The wellness enthusiast shared that she’s taught her three oldest sons Vedic meditation, and they make it a part of their daily routine.

Miranda has five children: Flynn, her son with ex-husband Orlando Bloom, and Hart, Myles, and Pierre, who she shares with her husband, Evan Spiegel. She also has another son named Hart.

In the interview, she explained that all of her children, except her youngest, have learned Vedic meditation, and each one has a personal mantra.

‘It’s something I’ve been practicing since I was 17 and it’s key to my connection and devotion.

As an adult, I spend about twenty minutes on this activity. For my kids, I adjust the time based on their age – my six-year-old does it for six minutes, my seven-year-old for seven, and so on.

She shared that this year, her son, Flynn, told her he wanted to meditate with her each morning at 6:00 AM for twenty minutes.

He says when he makes time for it, he definitely feels a positive change, specifically feeling much calmer on those days.

Each morning, after meditating, Miranda uses a LYMA laser on her body, face, and neck for 15 minutes, then follows up with her regular skincare.

Miranda, a full-time mom, follows a strict daily schedule. She takes her children to school two days a week, and her husband handles the other three.

Miranda likes to finish her day with a relaxed family dinner around 4:30pm, and she always puts on calming music to help everyone unwind.

After waking up at 5:00 AM, Miranda finally went to bed at 8:30 PM and finished another session of laser therapy.

She described herself as a morning person, explaining that she consistently wakes up between 5:00 and 5:30 AM.

I’m naturally an early riser now, but it took years to get here. I used to be a night owl before I met my husband, and we’ve been together for twelve years.

I’ll never forget one of our early dates – it was a Friday night, and he casually suggested heading to bed around 8:30! I was honestly a little shocked – it was so early! He just seemed perfectly content to call it a night right then and there.

‘Now I absolutely love it.’

She explained how she blends her self-care into the family’s evening routine. She gets her children to bed early, which gives her some personal time. Around 5 pm, she starts creating a relaxing atmosphere by playing calming music and dimming the lights to help everyone wind down naturally.

I laid the baby down for the night around 5:30 PM as it was getting dark. We ate dinner a bit early at 4:30 PM.

‘And then I get into bed and put on two mats – a cell optimizing mat and my web laser device mat.

I use the Lyma laser for 15 minutes as part of my skincare routine. Afterwards, I apply a creamy mushroom mask, which deeply hydrates and is designed to be left on overnight.

Miranda revealed her biggest aspiration is to be a stylish grandmother, and she’s open to the possibility of getting a face lift someday to help her achieve that.

She explained: ‘I know quite a few people that have had facelifts and they really love the results.

I’m content with my current situation and not currently considering a change. However, things can always come up that you don’t anticipate.

I’ve always wanted to be a grandma who takes good care of her skin, and that’s what I’m working towards.
