Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner have legally responded to claims made by Ray J regarding the 2007 sex tape featuring Kim Kardashian.

Oh my god, you will NOT believe this! Kim and Kris just filed court declarations, and the Daily Mail got ahold of them! Basically, Ray J has been saying the family planned the tape release for publicity, can you even imagine?! But Kim and Kris are saying it’s a total lie! A complete fabrication! I knew they wouldn’t do something like that, they’re being so unfairly attacked! I’m just so relieved they’re finally setting the record straight.

Okay, so Ray J is saying we – me and my mom and other people – intentionally leaked that tape, tried to scam everyone, and even made up that lawsuit against the company that put it out there, all just for attention? Seriously?! That is a complete and total lie. I can’t believe he’s trying to spin it like that! It’s just… not true. At all.

In a court document, Kris Jenner stated that Ray J’s suggestions she was behind the creation and release of the sex tape are completely untrue.

Kris denied claims that she was involved in making or arranging any sex tapes featuring her daughter.

Kris stated that claims linking her to the tape were completely false, hurtful, and had bothered her for many years.

As a longtime fan of Kris Jenner, I was really relieved to hear her directly address those awful claims made by Ray J. She stated, and I believe her completely, that she never pressured her daughter Kim into making a sex tape, nor did she ever have a hand in deciding whether or not to release it. It’s just outrageous that he would even suggest such a thing!

She strongly denied any involvement in the distribution of tapes featuring her daughter, stating it would never happen under any circumstances.

In a statement, Kim explained she spent money to address false statements made by Ray J and to protect her emotional health and public image. This included costs for therapy, as well as help from lawyers, public relations professionals, and strategic consultants.

According to court documents, Kris Jenner incurred expenses for therapy and public relations services due to statements made by Ray J concerning her and her family.

Kim stated that Ray J was bringing up old and previously disproven claims related to a 2008 legal dispute between her family and his mother, Sonja Norwood.

I’ve followed Ray J for years, and it’s hard to talk about his career without mentioning his connection to Brandy – she’s his sister, and a huge star in her own right. But honestly, a lot of people first got to know him through that infamous tape with Kim Kardashian back in the late 2000s, which really launched her into the public eye. It’s a complicated part of pop culture history, and it definitely shaped both of their careers.

He supposedly wrote the song “I Hit It First” in 2016 to publicly criticize her husband at the time, Kanye West, and reference a past relationship with her.

I’ve been watching him for years, and I’ve seen him on so many reality shows! He was great on ‘For the Love of Ray J,’ and I really enjoyed following his family life on ‘Brandy & Ray J: A Family Business.’ Of course, I also caught him on ‘Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood’ – he always brings the drama!

These documents appear roughly five months after a mother and daughter first sued Ray J in October. He responded by filing his own lawsuit, claiming they broke the terms of a previous agreement regarding the tape in question.
