Passive: Platinum Snap

Okay, so I’m really excited about Clemar! He’s basically Marcel’s other half, and he jumps into action to capture these awesome ‘Frozen Moments’. His basic attacks do physical damage, but it’s different – they don’t crit, and attack speed buffs don’t affect him. The cool thing is, he turns his extra health into defense! Plus, he automatically takes pictures of enemies around him, freezing them for a bit and dealing damage based on their max health. It’s a really unique way to deal damage!

This ability also provides a protective shield to both you and a nearby ally, absorbing damage equal to the ability’s power. It can’t be used more than once every 12 seconds on the same target. However, each time Marcel hits an enemy with a basic attack, the cooldown for that specific enemy is reduced by 1 second.

First Skill: Framed Moment

Clemar targets Marcel’s location and slows down nearby enemies. After a short delay, he fires, dealing physical damage and briefly stopping them in their tracks for one second.

Second Skill: Tracking Shot

You briefly enter a state called Tracking Haste, which significantly boosts your movement speed. This speed increase is even greater when you’re moving towards an enemy hero.

With ‘Use Again,’ Clemar quickly moves towards a target, briefly leaving behind a ghostly image. If ‘Framed Moment’ is also active, Clemar will stay in his original spot and keep firing.

Third Skill: Golden Hour

Marcel and Clemar work together using this special ability. Clemar will briefly take a wide-angle photo of a specific location. While they do, you’ll gain a speed boost called Tracking Haste if you’re in that area.

All units besides Marcel enter a state called Frozen Moment, making them unaffected by anything except Marcel’s abilities. This also stops all ranged attacks and projectiles mid-air until they are unfrozen. Using Golden Hour resets the cooldown of Platinum Snap for each enemy hero inside its area of effect.
