Amanda Bynes recently stepped out with her boyfriend, Zachary Khan, and revealed she’s lost 30 pounds.
I spotted the amazing former child star, who’s 39 now, out and about in Los Angeles with her partner on Tuesday. They were just running everyday errands, but she still looks incredible!
Photos captured Amanda and Zachary, both 40, as they exited a Goodwill store, with Amanda appearing to have lost weight.

Okay, let’s talk about visible changes. I’ve been noticing a lot of conversation around treatments like Ozempic, and honestly, you can sometimes see the effects. I recently observed someone – Amanda, with striking bleach-blonde hair and cool arm tattoos – and the results of her treatment were pretty noticeable. It’s just something I’ve been keeping an eye on as a lifestyle observer.
Zachary got his car’s oil changed, and Amanda took the opportunity to buy two Red Bull energy drinks.
Last June, Amanda announced to her followers that she planned to start using Ozempic, a weight loss injection that’s become popular among people in the entertainment business.
She said she was really excited to begin treatment, hoping to lose weight – specifically, to around 130 pounds – so she would look better in photos taken by the paparazzi.
In December, Amanda shared on social media that she’d lost 28 pounds while using Ozempic, after previously weighing 180 pounds.
She shared a photo of herself and revealed she now weighs 152 pounds. Despite acknowledging she doesn’t feel completely satisfied with her appearance, she said the picture was motivating for her.
Amanda shared in 2024 that she had gained 20 pounds due to depression, and her aim is to get back to her weight from her teenage years, which was 110 pounds.
Emma Stone had lip fillers done in August of last year and revealed in 2023 that she also had surgery to remove excess skin from her eyelids.
She said getting eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, was incredibly helpful for her self-confidence – one of the best things she’d ever done for herself.
She recently got a tattoo of the Roman numeral X on her finger to celebrate ten years of friendship with her close friend, Dylan. He got the same tattoo as a matching tribute to their bond.
Amanda and Zachary began dating in September 2025. He’s known for being calm and reasonable, and she appreciates that he helps her stay grounded.
Amanda told Zachary she loved him while they were driving around Los Angeles on Valentine’s Day.

In 2013, Amanda’s parents sought a conservatorship over her due to concerning behavior, legal issues, and struggles with substance abuse.
Although a California judge ended her legal conservatorship in March 2022, she continued to face challenges with her mental health.
A year later, she experienced a mental health crisis and was briefly hospitalized after being found wandering the streets naked, according to a TMZ report.
