Hilary Duff and husband Matthew Koma enjoy NYC dinner date after she cried over estranged sister

Hilary Duff and her husband, Matthew Koma, had a romantic dinner date at The Eighty Six, a fancy steakhouse in Manhattan’s West Village, on Monday night.

The 38-year-old actress, known from her time on the Disney Channel, had a classic, neat style. She wore a grey vest over a white t-shirt, with a black cardigan draped over her shoulders, paired with faded black jeans and ankle boots.

Hairstylist Barb Thompson added extensions from The Hair Shop to give Duff his famously blonde hair more volume and length.

Make-up artist Kelsey Deenihan Fisher sculpted the blonde Texan’s perfect face with contouring, shaped her eyebrows, and finished the look with pink lipstick.

Duff and the 38-year-old music producer were without their four children, who they raise together, while in New York.

After six years of marriage, the couple now has three daughters: seven-year-old Banks, four-year-old Mae, and 21-month-old Townes.

Hillary Duff also has a 14-year-old son, Luca Comrie, with her ex-husband, retired hockey player Mike Comrie. They were married for three years and finalized their divorce in 2016.

She first connected with Koma (born Bair) in 2013 while working on her fifth album, ‘Breathe In. Breathe Out.’, but they didn’t start dating until 2017. She was still with her original husband at that time.

Duff recently worked with the singer from the Winnetka Bowling League on her sixth album, ‘Luck… or Something.’ The album is currently ranked at No. 191 on the Billboard 200 chart.

The singer, known as Mature, shared on The Tonight Show Monday that her children enjoy her music, describing it as ‘very sweet’.

If my friend and I are the first to choose the music, we usually play artists we grew up with, like Squeeze, Jackson Browne, or Counting Crows. We want to share the music we love, and if we start playing it, people tend to just listen and enjoy it without making requests.

Honestly, I think people are just relieved there’s something playing. But if we don’t choose quickly, it’ll be stuck on the same thing all day. It could be K-pop, or something silly like Raining Tacos – it’s awful! Or even Chicken Wing.

Hilary Duff recently revealed she’s been distant from her older sister, Haylie Duff, admitting she hasn’t been photographed with her since 2019. She shared that this difficult relationship inspired her song, ‘We Don’t Talk,’ and spoke about it emotionally.

Tennis, the popular indie-pop artist, is embarking on her first world tour in almost 20 years. Called ‘The Lucky Me Tour,’ it will begin on June 21st and 22nd with shows at the iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Florida. The tour includes 57 dates.

Duff’s concerts will feature a lineup of all-female opening acts, including the English synth-pop artist La Roux, and Canadian singers Lauren Spencer Smith and Jade LeMac.

The pickleball fan told Jimmy on The Tonight Show that it had been 20 years since he last performed in a large arena.

‘So yeah, I’m going to be, like, really nervous. Really sweaty.’

Before that, Duff will finish her highly popular, limited-run shows in Las Vegas at the Voltaire inside The Venetian Resort on May 22nd through 24th.
