Jane Seymour, 75, reveals how she stays in shape while showing off her age-defying figure

Jane Seymour recently appeared on TikTok to give fans a glimpse into her workout routine.

As someone who believes in staying active at any age, I was so impressed to see the 75-year-old actress – she turned another year younger in February! – showing off her incredible flexibility and fitness with a Pilates workout right at home. It’s a fantastic reminder that you’re never too old to prioritize your health and well-being!

She confidently showed off her fit physique in a black sports bra and leggings, sharing in a post that she’s ‘staying strong at 75.’

In the caption, she emphasized, ‘Staying strong, stretching, and smiling at 75. I love Pilates!’

Seymour showed off her mastery of multiple machines, including a traditional Pilates reformer.

It comes after she recently gave insight into her daily eating habits.

The 5’4″ beauty is a size 4 and told DailyMail she’s been the same size since she was a teenager.

She explained that she enjoys the Mediterranean diet because it’s both healthy and flavorful, featuring ingredients like tomatoes, olives, and fish.

Another hack she lives by is having one big midday meal.

You know, Seymour told me his routine, and I totally get it. He likes to start simple – coffee and hard-boiled eggs to get some protein in. He doesn’t really sit down to a proper meal until lunchtime, and he does it that way because he wants to savor it, really enjoy the food. It makes so much sense!

‘I love fish and vegetables, and grow many greens in my backyard, which I love to use.’

She likes to snack on things like pistachios, cucumbers, celery, and hummus.

‘I do love nuts,’ she said. ‘I am a savory person; I like the salt.’

She suggested that dieting often leads to slip-ups because it feels restrictive. Instead, she recommended focusing on discovering genuinely enjoyable and healthy foods – that way, you won’t feel deprived and are more likely to stick with it.

Seymour mentioned she always begins her day with a deliberate stretching session, as she shared when discussing her typical routine.

She recommends starting your day by gently wiggling your body like a fish. This helps loosen your spine, arms, and feet. She learned this habit from a ballerina friend and says it feels incredibly liberating, as she shared with People magazine.

And she refuses to let a tight schedule keep her from exercising.

I like to do a little Pilates when I have time to get my body moving in the morning. If I don’t get a chance at home, I’ll even do ballet-like exercises—pliés—while I’m on set, still in costume! I know it sounds silly, and people often laugh, but I do it while I’m memorizing my lines.

Her skincare regime is just as particular.

She uses Crepe Erase, an exfoliating product from The Body Firm, a brand she’s worked with for more than ten years, while showering.

She explained that it removes dead skin, which she believes leaves her skin looking firm and smooth, without wrinkles.
