Hailey Bieber reveals secret to her bikini body as she shares rare look at workout routine

After recently showing off her physique in a bikini, Hailey Bieber is now sharing details about her intense workout routine.

The 29-year-old model posted a quick video on her Instagram Story showing her working out with trainer Kirsty Godso on Saturday.

Hailey Bieber, married to singer Justin Bieber, did hip thrusts using dumbbells while balancing between two benches.

In a video she posted, she mentioned having a fun and lively time with Godso, an Instagram personality with over 380,000 followers.

The Rhode founder also set the video to the tune of Don Toliver’s song Call Back.

Hailey worked out in a light gray sports bra, tight yoga pants, and white sneakers with black laces.

Hailey recently shared a new post on Instagram, following her earlier admission that her pregnancy with son Jack Blues Bieber, now 19 months old, was unexpected for both her and Justin Bieber.

She talked about her pregnancy and what it was like after giving birth during an interview on the SHE MD podcast.

Hailey was talking with podcast hosts Mary Alice Haney and Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi, who also delivers babies and provides women’s healthcare for Hailey.

Hailey shared on her podcast that she found out she had a health issue which could make it difficult to have a healthy pregnancy just before discovering she was expecting a baby.

Hailey was asked if she and Justin were ‘trying’ or if their baby was a ‘surprise.’

Hailey explained that her doctor had prepared her for the news, saying, ‘It came as a surprise, but she’d told me it was likely to happen. She said something like…”

Dr. Aliabadi chimed in: ‘And I told her, like, “Don’t get pregnant!”‘

She explained that her doctor had diagnosed her with a uterine septum, a condition she was born with. The doctor had warned her that it could cause problems if she became pregnant, so they needed to monitor it closely.

Hailey continued, explaining that she had told herself, ‘I’m not planning on getting pregnant right now, so I’ll deal with that if and when it happens.’ Then, surprisingly, she did get pregnant.

Dr. Aliabadi explained that I had a moderate uterine septum, a condition affecting 1-3% of women. She also said a moderate septum increases the risk of miscarriage.

Hailey shared in a Vogue interview last year that giving birth was the most challenging experience of her life, detailing a difficult delivery.

After preparing her body with treatments like acupuncture, focused breathing, yoga, and pelvic floor exercises, she shared that she felt physically stronger than ever before.

However, she was caught off guard when she experienced a postpartum hemorrhage.

In her May 2025 magazine interview, she admitted it was a bit frightening, but she has complete faith in her doctor.

I felt safe knowing she’d always protect me. But I was losing a lot of blood, and it made me realize how fragile life is. The thought of dying definitely scared me.

She shared that the postpartum period has been the most emotionally challenging time of her life, and dealing with it while also being online every day is something she finds incredibly difficult to describe.
