Just three months after finalizing their divorce, actor Sacha Baron Cohen, 54, was reported to be dating a new partner: model Hannah Palmer, 27.

I was reading an interview with Isla and she really opened up about going through her divorce. She said it’s been incredibly tough, and she feels like there’s a unique bond between people who’ve been through it – a shared understanding that others just can’t grasp. She described it as a different kind of grief, and I totally get what she means.

Changing the subject to something more positive, Isla shared, ‘I actually think it’s really exciting to reinvent yourself after a divorce. It’s a chance to think about what’s important to you, try new things, and figure out what you truly want, ultimately rebuilding who you are.’

She explained that she’s enjoying having the headspace and time to focus on herself.

It’s similar to rediscovering hobbies you enjoyed as a child, things you may have had to give up while focusing on raising a family.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve noticed something wonderful happens when you settle into married life. Those long-standing friendships – the ones that maybe took a backseat when you were focused on romance – suddenly have room to shine again. It’s incredibly fulfilling to reconnect with those supportive, amazing people who’ve been there for you for years, and I think that’s a really beautiful part of this life stage.

A good thing that’s come out of everything is I’ve been able to focus on understanding myself better and being kinder to myself. I’m learning to accept my imperfections and give myself the same compassion I’d offer others – that’s really my main goal right now.
