The last season of The Boys is coming soon, and the trailer reunites stars from Supernatural.
Amazon Prime Video’s popular superhero series will conclude with its fifth season, bringing the show that debuted in 2019 to an end.
The new trailer has given fans their first glimpse of Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, and Misha Collins together on screen, after it was revealed last year they would be reuniting for the upcoming season, which premieres on April 8th.
In a recent clip, viewers see Homelander, played by Antony Starr, revive Soldier Boy (Jensen Ackles) from a frozen sleep, hoping they can work together to take over the world.
The group continues to cause destruction and comes across two new characters, played by Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles. Soldier Boy attacks Ackles’ character, leaving Padalecki’s character stunned.

Very little is known about what their characters will be like, but this onscreen pairing has been highly anticipated since the end of Supernatural in 2020.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan isn’t the first actor from the show to join The Boys; other stars have appeared in season four as well.
Other newcomers for season five include Stranger Things‘ Mason Dye and Hamilton‘s Daveed Diggs.
The final episodes promise chaos as Homelander fully embraces his unpredictable and self-centered desires. Meanwhile, Hughie, Mother’s Milk, and Frenchie find themselves locked up in a place called a ‘Freedom Camp’.
Annie is desperately trying to fight back against the powerful Supes, but Kimiko has disappeared. When Butcher returns with a virus capable of eliminating all Supes, he unleashes a series of events that will dramatically and permanently alter the world for everyone.
The message then excitedly promises a dramatic and intense finale, saying, “It’s the climax, people. Big stuff’s gonna happen, and it’s going to be incredibly evil.”
You can watch seasons one through four of The Boys, plus the spin-off Gen V, on Prime Video. Season five will premiere on April 8th.
