This expansive property in Hidden Hills, Calabasas, features seven bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms. The area is a popular celebrity hotspot, home to residents like Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian.

In 2013, a year before her marriage to Johnson, Simpson bought the property from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne for $11.5 million.

She initially listed her house for $22 million in September 2023, but removed the listing from the market the next August.

Following an evacuation due to the Los Angeles fires last year, she listed her house for sale on January 11, 2025—only two days before publicly announcing her divorce from Johnson.

Sources told TMZ that she briefly put her large property up for sale in November, then took it off the market in December. Now, she’s decided to remain living there.
