Britney Spears shared a worrying Instagram post before her DUI arrest in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The 44-year-old singer appeared messy and carefree while dancing in the living room of her home in Thousand Oaks, California.

During the performance, the performer briefly exposed herself while wearing a revealing purple leotard. She also appeared to have smudged makeup and seemed emotionally distressed.

Honestly, it didn’t surprise me at all when her Instagram disappeared on Thursday. It happened just after she got out of jail, and it felt like a direct result of everything happening. It was almost expected, you know?

When searching for the star’s Instagram page a note pops up: ‘Sorry, this page isn’t available.’ 

Spears now faces a May court date to deal with her DUI.

The star’s rep told Daily Mail the arrest is a wake-up call.

This situation was unacceptable and there’s no excuse for it. Britney will cooperate with the law and take the necessary actions, and we hope this marks the beginning of positive and much-needed changes in her life.

Last month, the popular singer sold the rights to her music, and recently, in late February, she was seen dancing to Clean Bandit’s 2016 song “Rockabye,” which includes vocals by Sean Paul and Anne-Marie.

Her dress had a very low-cut neckline, and as she danced and spun around her mansion, it revealed a lot.

She wore a satin ribbon tied around her waist, paired with black boots and one black fingerless glove.

Two days earlier, Spears had shared two similar racy dancing videos.

While dancing to Billie Eilish’s ‘Bad Guy’ in 2019, she experienced several accidental wardrobe malfunctions.

In previous scenes, Spears wore a short red crop top with a black bra visible underneath, paired with a black mini skirt and boots.

In two very similar videos, the singer repeatedly tried to cover herself and fix her outfit, but wasn’t able to fully do so.

Spears spilled out of her garments and used a red heart emoji to cover her modesty in the posts. 

She started off wearing a trench coat and hat before removing them to reveal her skimpy look.

Britney Spears recently sold the rights to her music, earning a significant amount of money from the songs she created over the past thirty years.

She ended her involvement in a business agreement with the music publishing company Primary Wave, but the financial details haven’t been revealed.

People familiar with the deal told TMZ it’s a major one, potentially worth around $200 million – similar to the amount Justin Bieber reportedly received when he sold his music catalog.

The singer officially approved the deal on December 30th, and a source close to her says she’s pleased with the outcome and is currently enjoying time with her children.

Spears shares her sons Sean, 18, and Jayden, 17, with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, 47.

Her songs are considered some of the most important and valuable in pop music today, thanks to a career that started strong with her first hit, …Baby One More Time, in 1999.
