The BBC comedy series Boarders will be back for its final season soon. The show, which premiered in 2024, centers around five Black teenagers who earn scholarships to an elite boarding school.
All the new episodes will be available to stream on BBC iPlayer starting Sunday, March 15th. That same evening, BBC Three will begin airing the series with the first two episodes at 10pm.
So, the last season follows me and my friends – Jaheim, Leah, Omar, Femi, and Toby – as we hit the final term of school. Things are really starting to ramp up because exams are just around the corner, and honestly, the pressure is on.

The characters are aiming for great things, but their lives are quickly becoming complicated. A fierce competition between schools leads to conflict, romance, and broken bonds. Will those relying on scholarships be able to overcome these challenges and succeed?
Season 3 welcomes several new actors to the cast, including Fatiha El-Ghorri (known from Taskmaster) as the strict headmistress, Mrs. El-Fassi, Rufus Jones (Rivals) as George Tramley, Patrick Baladi (Breeders) as Alfie Watlington-Geese, and Kenyah Sandy (Small Axe) as Benjamin. They join Daisy Jacob as Pixie, Louis Thresher as Jonny, and Nagaieh Dad as Yusef.
