The woman previously engaged to Katie Price’s current husband has strongly warned Price, calling her husband, Lee Andrews, someone who will exploit and harm her.
Alana Percival, 32, shared with the Daily Mail her belief that the 42-year-old Dubai businessman – who claims to be very wealthy – is using Katie, 47, to gain attention and approval, something Percival says he’s always wanted.
The trainer has shared, for the first time, what she claims Katie told her after finding out Lee proposed to Alana. Katie was upset because Lee had proposed in the same way – with rose petals – at the luxurious Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai, just 16 weeks prior.
Alana says she tried repeatedly to warn Katie about Lee, even offering to meet and share clear evidence of his true character. However, she feels Katie didn’t listen to her concerns.
She described Lee as someone who deeply manipulates and controls others, draining their energy and sense of self until they are left feeling empty and lost. She felt he was destructive and took over people’s lives.
He was deeply dishonest from the start, and I strongly dislike him because of it. He seems like a very unhappy and lonely person who consistently lies. I never once saw any evidence of the wealth he claimed to have – no cars, no houses, nothing.
Katie and Lee met on Instagram and quickly fell in love. They were married only ten days after their first face-to-face meeting.
Despite having some concerns, she refused to sign a pre-nuptial agreement. A friend, Alana, says she’s not the only woman he’s mistreated, and that several others have also been deceived.
Alana said: ‘Katie reached out to me via a friend. We spoke on the phone.
She confessed she was lost and didn’t know what to think. I assured her the situation was clear-cut and promised to explain everything. I was glad to have met her, but also warned her that he would hurt and ultimately destroy her.
I warned her that he was broke and had cheated many people. I also invited her to spend an afternoon with me.
Lee is making me look like an unstable ex-partner, but I understand why – I can see the difficult situation Katie is in and how he’s manipulating her.
She’s been tricked by his lies and is afraid of appearing foolish, so she’s continuing to support him despite knowing he isn’t truthful. I’m truly concerned about her well-being.
Alana, who broke up with Lee last November after dating for nine months, says she received a threatening video showing Lee and Katie. She thinks the video was meant to scare her into staying silent about what happened between them.
Alana was too upset to fully explain the video, which she claims was sent from her ex, Lee. She described the clip as humiliating and said it was just another tactic he used to manipulate her.
I was really upset when Lee sent me a video through WhatsApp. It came directly from his phone, and honestly, it was awful – incredibly degrading and just not okay.

In a related development, Alana reported Lee to the police in the UK. Lee is currently unable to leave Dubai because he was imprisoned last year for fraudulently obtaining a £200,000 loan by forging his ex-girlfriend’s signature.
She stated that she recently filed a lawsuit against Lee. She’s also reported the situation to the police, provided a statement, and Interpol is now investigating.
I’m concerned about Katie and what the future holds for her. She’s easily hurt, and while both of us have made mistakes, I believe she’s fundamentally a good person.
In a recent interview, Katie stated she’s seen proof of Lee’s wealth, claiming he bought his £36 million Dubai home with cash. However, Alana disputes this, saying the property doesn’t exist.
Alana claims Lee doesn’t own a home, instead renting apartments, staying in hotels, or living with his father in a dilapidated villa in Dubai. They did share a rental apartment while they were together.
She says she’s still completely in the dark about how Lee makes a living, and that he’s consistently lied to her about his job and income.
She confessed she had no idea how he earned his money. He claimed to be an arms dealer, selling weapons, and even said his former wife was related to Putin. He bragged about owning private jets, a yacht, and living in a huge mansion.
He always promised to take me to the house, but he never did. He’d explain that he wanted to get to know me better before sharing everything, so he kept putting it off.
He’s a con artist, like the Tinder Swindler. Lee has always craved fame, constantly telling me he’d be the next Elon Musk. He’d say you have to be a little crazy to succeed, and he’d add, “I definitely am!”
Katie and Lee’s quickly moving relationship – which includes Katie getting a tattoo of Lee’s name and a FaceTime introduction to her ex-husband, Peter Andre, after nine years of no contact – has angered Katie’s mother, Alana.
Earlier this month, Katie harshly attacked Alana on Instagram, telling her to go away and calling her a meaningless troublemaker.
She told Alana that she understood being rejected wasn’t pleasant, and reminded her that she was married to Lee Andrews, the man Alana desired but could no longer be with.

It turned out Katie, who already has five children, isn’t pregnant with Lee’s baby. Alana thinks Katie pretended to be pregnant online to upset her.
She explained that the baby announcement felt like a personal jab, referencing Lee’s past comments about wanting to start a family with her.

She started to have doubts when she found out he couldn’t travel to the UK to meet her family, which she says was a major turning point in their relationship.
Shortly after, Alana received messages from an American woman named Crystal Janke, who said she was also in a relationship with Lee and that he had taken £123,000 from her. These shocking claims quickly ended Alana’s fast-moving engagement.
She explained that the manipulation began immediately. He showered her with compliments, constantly telling her she was beautiful and agreeing with everything she said. He seemed to be mirroring her personality, and she realized it all felt carefully calculated. Initially, she believed he was a genuinely good person.
Being in Dubai meant I was away from my family and usual friends, and things with Lee moved incredibly fast. We became very close very quickly – it wasn’t a typical relationship. He showered me with expensive gifts like Louis Vuitton bags and Cartier rings, and I even started buying myself jewelry during my lunch breaks. I really thought I’d found my happily ever after.
Once I started questioning inconsistencies in his behavior, things became really unstable. He’d get upset and blame me for the issues, but I realized he knew I was onto him. From there, the situation just continued to deteriorate.
Whenever I tried to talk to him, he would become furious, and it was a terrible experience. He became verbally abusive and crossed a boundary with me. When I returned home, my family was very upset by how distressed I appeared.
Alana thought she was over her breakup with Lee, but she was shocked to see him recreate their engagement proposal online. This time, however, he proposed to reality TV star Katie instead.
Katie, a mother of five – Harvey, Princess Andre, Jett, Bunny, and a child with Dwight Yorke Junior – has been proposed to nine times. However, Alana felt her own proposal was a uniquely special, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Discovering what she thought was a cherished memory being relived with someone else caused her significant pain.
I saw it and realized it was my proposal… but then I saw Katie Price standing right there! It was shocking, especially since it had only been sixteen weeks since I first saw it.
It was really hurtful because that experience felt so genuine and meant a lot to me. We were at the Burj Al Arab, and everything was perfect – there were rose petals everywhere, we enjoyed a lovely lunch, and had a relaxing spa day. It was truly beautiful, so it really affected me when things went wrong.
It definitely hurt to find out he’d done this before. It was incredibly frustrating to see that he’d simply copied and pasted the message – and even used my photos! It makes me wonder if Katie feels good about it now that she knows he did the exact same thing to me sixteen weeks ago.
