The first trailer for season 2 of Last One Laughing is here, and it’s full of funny moments from Alan Carr and returning winner Bob Mortimer. They’re joined by a great lineup of comedians including Romesh Ranganathan, Maisie Adam, David Mitchell, Mel Giedroyc, Sam Campbell, Diane Morgan, Amy Gledhill, and Gbemisola Ikumelo for the next season of the Prime Video show.
So, basically, the show puts a bunch of comedians in a room and challenges them to make each other crack up. The catch? We’re not allowed to laugh ourselves, or ‘corpse’ as we call it. It’s way harder than it sounds, trust me!
Okay, so the little sneak peek they dropped was hilarious! There’s this bit where Alan’s all confused and asks everyone if he looks like he’s struggling to go to the bathroom or if he’s just really focused. And then Bob does this amazing dolphin impression for Mel – seriously, a really weird, flirty dolphin! It’s gonna be a wild ride, I can tell.
Highlights also included David playfully accusing Maisie of taking advantage of him, and Ludwig getting into a heated argument with Sam.
Bob, the winner of season one, recently discussed Alan’s performance on Last One Laughing, drawing comparisons to his own win on The Celebrity Traitors last year.

He admitted it was hard to keep a straight face while on This Morning. He joked about how Alan struggled not to laugh, describing him as someone who easily giggles.
He hinted that one of his funny songs might lead to someone’s elimination on the show, saying, “I believe I actually eliminate a contestant with a song in the new series. I’m pretty sure that happens.”
Prime Video’s Last One Laughing was a surprising success last year, leading to a second season. Bob admitted they definitely didn’t expect the show to become so popular, and that’s why many of them agreed to participate – they initially thought it wouldn’t get much viewership.
Jimmy Carr, the host, expressed his excitement about the show’s renewal, saying he’s thrilled Last One Laughing will return for another series.
It seems like someone with authority at Amazon accidentally signed up for Prime Video’s automatic subscription service, and now everything’s working again.
Last One Laughing UK season 2 begins on Thursday, 19 March on Prime Video. Season 1 is streaming now.
