Carefree Ollie Locke quaffs wine in Binky Felstead’s living room as she pokes fun at his eviction from £4 million London rental home over unpaid £25,000 bill

Binky Felstead playfully said it felt like Ollie Locke had moved in after he was evicted from his rental, as he relaxed and drank wine in her living room.

Ollie and Gareth were forced to leave their £4 million Chelsea townhouse last week due to an unpaid rent bill of £25,000. They have begun moving out.

The couple is facing potential bankruptcy due to a debt of £25,000, which includes three months of unpaid rent and a penalty fee. They were forced to leave their home after missing the January 3rd deadline to pay their rent and outstanding balance.

Only two days after being seen moving out, the Made In Chelsea couple were spotted relaxing at the home of their friend, Binky.

Binky posted a video of Ollie and his husband visiting her, playfully calling them ‘squatters’ as a joke.

In a separate video, Ollie was shown drinking wine and fondly remembering life with Binky before they appeared on Made In Chelsea, joking about how little money she used to have.

He explained that she was completely broke, so he would often cook a roast dinner and order Domino’s for them both, as he was the only one who could afford it, before their performances began.

Ollie, 38, and Gareth, 37, parents of two-year-old twins, hired Davis And Mac removal company to help them move. The same company recently moved actress Emily Atack into her new house in the countryside.

Okay, so here’s the scoop – I saw movers on Monday taking away what looked like a pretty significant amount of luggage from the couple’s place. We’re talking a Louis Vuitton holdall – those retail for around £2,000 – and a Rimowa suitcase, which runs about £1,130. They loaded both right into the back of a van, so it definitely looked like someone was heading out of town… and with some seriously high-end luggage!

Ollie kindly offered to help by carrying two heavy shopping bags, and Gareth walked their dogs without shoes.

Ollie and Gareth had a tenant who paid rent directly to them, but they later found out the money wasn’t being forwarded to the landlord. The tenant suspects Ollie and Gareth used the rent money to fund their expensive lifestyle.

I’m just so worried about her! She’s always paid her rent on time, always, but now it feels like she’s going to be punished anyway. It’s just not fair, and I’m terrified this whole thing could actually ruin her financially. It’s awful!

I’ve been following ‘Our Daddy Diaries’ for a while now, and I know the family has been renting this amazing four-bedroom house near King’s Road since 2023. It’s a beautiful property with four bathrooms! They really seem to love the area, especially Portobello Road in Notting Hill, and they film a lot of their YouTube videos right from their home there. It’s become such a key part of their content, and it’s lovely to see them enjoying the neighborhood.

According to a source speaking with the Daily Mail, the Chelsea couple is trying to look happy despite their difficulties by going on lavish trips abroad, retreating to charming countryside houses, and dining at the most expensive restaurants in London.

Sources say the couple took a last-minute, all-expenses-paid trip to Barbados with TOWIE star Lydia Bright, learning they would likely be evicted on March 2nd just before leaving.

Someone close to the situation shared that Ollie and Gareth have been having trouble paying rent for nearly a year.

Despite living in a wealthy part of London, close to the popular King’s Road, they’ve been living a luxurious lifestyle, with trips to the Caribbean and expensive meals at restaurants like Scott’s.

The tenants haven’t paid rent for three months and were repeatedly warned they were violating their lease agreement. They were given until January 30th to pay what they owed.

Because they fell behind on payments and incurred late fees, they are now in danger of losing their home and facing bankruptcy, putting their two young children at risk.

To add to the problem, a tenant who was paying rent directly to Ollie and Gareth is now in a difficult situation.

‘After paying on time every month, she trusted the money was passed on to the landlord.’

The Daily Mail contacted Ollie’s representatives for comment at the time.
